马来酸酐在聚羧酸盐减水剂合成中的应用3王 智1,孙 策1,蒋小花2,张志伟2(1 重庆大学化学化工学院,重庆400044;2 重庆大学材料科学与工程学院,重庆400045)摘要 随着聚羧酸盐减水剂的不断发展,马来酸酐在其合成中的应用也越来越多。

根据马来酸酐与丙烯酸(以及甲基丙烯酸)各自的特性和聚羧酸盐减水剂合成的技术要求,分析了它们在合成过程中的作用和主要差别,并概述了马来酸酐在合成中的应用情况,最后提出了马来酸酐在合成中应用的几点建议。

马来酸酐及其酯的分子结构和化学活性独特,应用于聚羧酸盐减水剂的合成必将有广阔的前景。

可溶性聚酰亚胺聚酰亚胺(PI)是⼀种具有优异热稳定性、突出⼒学性能以及良好电学性能的⾼性能聚合物,⼴泛应⽤于航空航天、微电⼦、复合材料基体和⾮线性光学材料等领域。

但普通的PI由于具有分⼦链规整性好、刚性⼤、链间相互作⽤⼒强等结构特点⽽难熔难溶,加⼯成型困难,应⽤受到限制。

因此,在保持PI优良综合性能的同时,改善其加⼯性能所进⾏的可溶性PI研究,已成为⽬前PI功能化研究的热点之⼀。

主要介绍近年来制备可溶性PI的研究进展,并在分⼦⽔平上探讨可溶性PI的结构特点。

常⽤的制备可溶性PI的⽅法有:在主链上引⼊柔性基团、⼤的侧基、⾮共平⾯结构、含氟基团、不对称结构,共聚以及制备超⽀化PI等1合成⽅法1.1主链引⼊柔性基团在PI分⼦主链上引⼊醚键、硅氧键、羰基、砜基、亚异丙基和烷基基团等柔性基团可以降低链的内旋转能垒,增加链的柔顺性,减⼩分⼦链堆积,进⽽改善溶解性能,若含柔性团的单体同时含有⼤量苯环,单体内的⼤共轭体系未被破坏,则PI的热稳定性不会受到严重影响,其应⽤前景⼴阔。

林志⽂等选⽤双酚-A⼆醚⼆酐(BPADA)和4,4'-⼆胺基⼆苯醚(ODA)为单体,间-甲酚为溶剂,⽤化学亚胺化法合成⾼分⼦量可溶性的PI(PI),得到的PI在极性溶剂NMP、DMAc、THF和DMF中有很好的溶解性胡晓阳利⽤4-⼗⼆烷氧基联苯酚-3,5-⼆氨基苯甲酸酯、3,3′-⼆甲基-4,4′-亚甲基⼆苯胺(DMMDA)按不同⽐例和4,4-氧双邻苯⼆甲酸酐(ODPA)通过⼀步法共聚合成⼀系列PI,该PI 在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-⼆甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-⼆甲基⼄酰胺(DMAC)、⼆甲基亚砜(DMSO)以及氯仿(TCM)等溶剂中显⽰出良好的溶解性,并且显⽰出优异的垂直取向性能,即使摩擦以后所引起的预倾⾓也未出现显著的下降。

在PI主链上引⼊亚甲基和醚键等柔性基团在⼀定程度上能提⾼其溶解性,但是随着柔性基团数⽬的增加,链的柔顺性和分⼦间排列的规整性增加,使分⼦间堆积紧密,溶解性反⽽会下降。

本文回顾了以PEI 作为交联剂的各类凝胶体系的研究动态,阐明了PEI 与各类聚合物的交联反应机理及其凝胶体系特点,分析了各类因素对凝胶性能的影响,并列举了改善凝胶性能的方法和成功的矿场应用实例,重点分析了提高凝胶体系交联活性的方法研究。

最后,提出聚丙烯酰胺(PAM )/PEI 凝胶体系作为环保型调驱体系在中低温油藏深部调控方面具有非常大的应用前景,应继续深入研究提高PAM/PEI 凝胶体系交联效率的方法及其作用机理,以降低聚合物与交联剂用量,为这一体系的推广应用提供理论依据与实验基础。

PEI and polymer crosslinked gel system has the advantages of controllable gelation time, high strength of mature gel, high-temperature resistance, long-time stability, and almost unaffected by minerals of reservoir. This paper reviewed the research of various polymer gel systems with PEI as crosslinker. The crosslinking mechanism and the characteristics of those gel systems were clarified. The influence of various factors on the gel system was analyzed. And, the methods to improve the gel performance and successful filed trial were listed, the methods to improve the crosslinking activity of gel system were emphatically analyzed. 含长烷基侧链的高可溶性聚酰亚胺的合成与表征刘成杰,林保平东南大学化学化工学院,江苏南京(210096)Email:liuchengjie008@摘要:本文以对苯二酚和溴代正十四烷为原料,单醚化反应得到4-十四烷氧基苯酚,再与3,5-二硝基苯甲酰氯反应得到3,5-二硝基苯甲酸-4'‐十四烷氧基苯酯,最后常压催化加氢得到含长烷基侧链的二胺单体3,5-二氨基苯甲酸-4'‐十四烷氧基苯酯。

所得单体分别与2,2-双[4-(3',4'‐二羧酸基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐,4,4'‐(六氟亚丙基)双-邻苯二甲酸酐和双(3,4-苯二甲酸酐)二甲基硅烷单体在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶液中聚合,再通过热酰亚胺化或化学酰亚胺化得到一系列含有长烷基侧链的聚酰亚胺,并对聚酰亚胺的分子结构,特征粘度,溶解性能,光学性能和热性能等进行了表征。

关键词:热酰亚胺化;化学酰亚胺化;聚酰亚胺中图分类号:TQ316.4+11.前言聚酰亚胺是一种在主链中含有酰亚胺环的芳杂环聚合物,具有优良的耐高温性能、介电性能、力学性能,可以制成各种形式的产品,近四十年来在许多高性能领域得到了迅速的发展和应用[1]。

然而由于聚酰亚胺分子链的刚性和分子之间的强相互作用,普通的芳香族聚酰亚胺直至分解温度既不熔化也不溶解,造成其加工的困难。

此外由于分子中苯环与羰基的共轭使聚酰亚胺在可见光范围内有吸收,从而使其带有黄色或红褐色。

因而对于像负性双折射光学补偿膜这样需要无色透明的应用领域,一般的聚酰亚胺也就难以满足需要[2]。

为了改善聚酰亚胺的可溶性,光学性能和加工性能,国内外许多学者做了大量的工作。

印杰等人[3]合成了主链含长烷基柔性链的聚酰亚胺,该类聚酰亚胺在极性相对较弱的溶剂中也具有良好的溶解性能,并发现它们的玻璃化转变温度随柔性链的加长而明显降低。

李陵等人[4]用脂肪族二酐与含烷氧基侧链的二胺聚合然后化学酰亚胺化得聚酰亚胺,所得聚合物具有高可溶性,良好的透明性和高预倾角。

聚环氧琥珀酸是一种无磷、非氮且可生物降解的绿色水处理剂,还兼有一定的缓蚀作用,有着广阔的应用前景。

它对碳酸钙具有良好的阻垢分散性能,适用于高碱、高固水系。
