农业污染
A. 主要内容:
①过度施用化肥、农药等农用化学品造成的农作物及土壤污染； ② 人畜粪便等有机肥料对水体的污染； ③温室农业中废旧塑料造成的“白色污染”； ④农业机械作业产生的粉尘、焚烧农作物秸杆产生的烟尘造成的大气污染等
沙尘暴现象
①我国典型地区：西北；华北地区 ②产生的原因：自然原因：a. 深居内陆，距海遥远，降水少，气候干旱，
大风日数多；b．快行冷锋天气影响，春季大风日数多；c．地表植被稀少，平 地覆盖着深厚的疏松沙质沉积物。
人为原因：过度放牧、过度樵采、过度开垦、放牧、挖药材等破坏植被， 致使北方大面积的地表裸露。
①要加强机动车污染防治工作。通过提高机动车尾气排放标准、制订 有效地经济政策以及实施科学的交通管理，减少机动车氮氧化合物排放；
②加强燃煤电厂烟气治理工作； ③建立臭氧超标预警系统。当臭氧浓度达到预警浓度时，采取有关措 施如建议公众尽量减少私车使用，对氮氧化合物排放量大的企业实施限产 减排等。
