ManualBA 692-019 Assembly and InstallationInstructions SEP ARAT I ON 5安装说明初次检查和安装除非另外规定，否则所有安德里茨分离技术有限公司供应的螺旋过滤离心机在装运时已经整机装配完毕，可以安装使用。
在装运之前我们已经在工厂内试运行了一段时间，目的是确保机器能够正常运作。
！小心CAUTION 负责搬运、运输和安装离心机的人员必须穿着合适的工作服、使用适当的工具和搬运方式。
否则可能会导致严重受伤。
吊装离心机的时候，使用整机外壳上的两（2）个以上的吊耳以及顶部中心的装卸吊耳进行吊装。
禁止只使用顶部中心的装卸吊耳吊装离心机。
在安装吊索和绳索的时候，小心处理其位置，绳索和吊索的作用是水平地吊起离心机，否则可能造成人员受伤或者离心机损坏。
AH吊装设备、绳索、吊索、链条、钩环、支架以及其它用于移动、吊起或者支撑离心机或者离心机任何部件的其它装置的设计负载必须能够承受所移动、吊起或者支撑的重量。
查询相关的标准、工业安全守则以及客户的绳索供应商应使用的合适的吊装设备。

！注意NOTICE 出于装运的需要，隔振器被拆下来，在安装离心机的时候务必将隔振器装回原位。
ManualBA 692-019 Assembly and InstallationInstructions长期储存如果有需要延迟安装和投产使用到距离离心机的装运日期起计算超过一到两个月，必须采取以下的特别注意措施：注意事项 a.为长期储存离心机做准备，使用压力管将2.4升的新鲜润滑油泵入离心机的齿轮箱内。
使用传动滑轮手动转动齿轮减速器5到10分钟，使润滑油可以覆盖内部齿轮和轴承。
b.拆下其中一块整机外壳盖板，采用轻电机油或者保护液完全地喷射全部内部构件的表面，包括滚轴轴承。
使用传动滑轮手动转动齿轮减速器，使润滑油可以覆盖滚轴轴承。
c.往油罐中加入100升以上的规定的润滑油。

1、清洗或吹干：压滤机滤饼填满后，停业整顿进料泵和进料闸阀。
开启清洗泵或空气压缩机，迟缓打开进洗剂或送风闸阀，对滤饼开展清洗或吹干。
操作进行后，关掉洗剂泵或空气压缩机以及闸阀，就可以开展卸饼操作。
2、卸饼：最先关掉进料泵和进料闸阀、进洗剂或送风设备和闸阀，随后按着操作控制面板上的“松掉”按键，液压缸推动压紧板退还，退到适合部位后，放宽按着的“松掉”按键，人力逐块带动压滤机滤板卸掉滤饼，另外清除粘在突面处的除杂，避免除杂夹在突面上危害密封性特性，造成漏水状况，到此一个操作周期时间结束。

使用须知一．使用前电机内必须灌满清水，拧紧注水、放气螺塞；二．陆地上不允许试运转；三．电泵必须完全潜入水中，但潜水深度应不大于500米；四．机组应采取吊装的方法，严禁摔、碰。
五．禁止拉扯电缆，防止破坏密封。
六．水泵应在允许工作范围内工作。
此时水泵效率高，运行可靠，轴向力小；七．电泵机组的底部应距离池底500mm以上，防止淤泥堵塞电泵底部，影响调节囊工作。

一．使用条件1．电源要求：频率为50赫兹，额定电压10000伏和6000伏（允差 5%）的三相交流电。
2．水质要求：一般无腐蚀性水，固体物含量不大于0.5%（重量比），酸碱度PH值6.5-8.5;氯离子含量不大于400mg/L，硫化氢含量不大于1.5mg/L；水温0℃-25℃。
二．结构简述1．整个装置由水泵、电机、扬水管道和控制开关四大部分组成。
2．电机是充水式电机，有耐泥沙机械密封。
三．机组安装说明1．安装须知：a.水泵进水节必须在动水位1米以下，但潜水深度不得超过静水位以下500米。
（如按用户要求制造深潜潜水电泵不受水深限制）b.使用环境必须符合本说明书的使用条件。
2．安装前准备a．首先检查静水位深度及供电系统是否符合使用条件。
b．应准备好相应的吊装工具。
c．装好保护控制柜。
3．安装a．首先打开吸水罩侧面的注水方孔和放气孔，拧下注水，放气螺栓向电机内注满清水，直到水溢出。
然后拧紧注水孔和放气孔的螺栓。
注水时电机应立式放置，使注水孔和放气孔在最上面。
b．电机注水后放置12小时测定绝缘电阻。
c．如果立式使用，用吊卡夹在出水管外接法兰处，吊起机组，放到井口座上（用户根椐现场安装方式自制。
井口应可承受液体压力，扬水管，机组重量）。
用两个吊卡安装好扬水管（用户椐水位深度自制），取下吊卡，装上止回阀，闸阀等。

SEPARATIO TECHNOLOGIES安德里茨带式脱水机安装及培训资料（设备部分）佛山安德里茨技术有限公司2010-1-8SEPARATION TECHNOLOGIES浓缩脱水机的安装操作一、安装要求1．基础误差▽±0，5mm，设备安装水平度≤±0，05mm/m.通常在外网主传动辊与大型片辊上的导辊放水平尺校验2．网带的安装：（1） 准备工作：抬起上、下刮刀；提起导流板和滑动板,把张紧辊回复到行程最短处。
（2） 根据规格理出内外网，并分清网带的里外面（光滑边为压泥污泥侧，粗糙面为包辊侧）。
（3） 将网带置于与工作宽度平行的伸展辊的前方，并使网带上所标箭头方向与辊子的传动方向一致。
（4） 一手拿着嵌条，将网带从梁底辊（胸辊）拉入机器通过楔形部和S形段到驱动辊。
将网带的另一端也拉至驱动辊并用嵌条接合。
（5） 用带有织物的双面胶带（至少50mm 宽）使顶带工作宽度平行处。
注意保持网带的清洁和干燥。
（6） 将网带小心穿入过楔形部和S形段直至在缓行模式的驱动辊处。
将网带另一端穿过重力段段直至驱动辊并用嵌条结合。
（7） 网带安装以后，将刮刀、导流板、和滑动板就位，并使刀刃与网呈线性接触。
3．气路管线的安装气源要求：最小供气压力为：8 bar（1kgf/c㎡=0.98bar）气动调节阀外网张紧（约3~6bar）空压机气动三联件气控制箱气动调节阀内网张紧（约3~6bar）气动调节阀内外网调偏（约4bar）4．网带自动调偏装置组成、安装及设置（1） 组成：调偏气囊，调偏阀，调偏阀机座，感应杆（2）原理：在自动调偏阀的后面有一标志，在控制轴上有另一标志。
转动控制轴直至两个标志吻合。
在此位置，调偏阀分配到两出气管的空气流量一样，即进入两调偏气囊的空气压力一样，使辊子轴承叉保持在中心位置。
（3）设置：松开感应杆上锁紧螺钉顶并将此臂推到控制轴上，将提供的圆柱销推入自动控制装置中外孔内。
此时，此时应将控制杆向外转动直至其被销钉阻止。

Operation instructions – Before starting the screen
Instrumentation and alarms
Always carry out a test run with water before productive operation - then the flow control instrumentation can be adjusted and the pressure instruments be checked.
Start the screen in the following sequence:
1 . Ensure the seal water flow (2-5 l/min) 2 . Fill the screen with water 3 . Close the air exhaust valve at the screen cover 4 . Start the screen motor 5 . Open the reject valve (20%), keep accept valve closed, open reject dilution (30%) 6 . Open the feed valve fully 7 . Start the feed pump of the screen 8 . Adjust the feed consistency to the level shown in the flow sheet 9 . Adjust the accept valve to the required flow with the feed valve fully open 10 . Adjust the amount of flow to be discharged as reject with the reject valve 11 . Deaerate the screen through the air exhaust valve on the screen cover and close

During Operation
Use appropriate hoisting equipment when lifting the screen
Before maintenance, stop the drive motor and disconnect it from the electrical supply

V-belts Gearbox - only in large special units
NOTE! Do not tension the belts over the recommended area!

When the operating temperature exceeds 65C (prEN563), even short-term surface contact may cause skin burn
All original guards of the screen must be appropriately fastened while the screen is running - do not remove them during operation!
During Operation
Check the maximum feed pressure of the screen from the dimensional drawing appended to the instructions Do not use the screen at a temperature higher than notified while the order was being made When the operating temperature exceeds 65C (prEN563), even short-term surface contact may cause skin burn All original guards of the screen must be appropriately fastened while the screen is running - do not remove them during operation! All maintenance of the screen and its drive motor is forbidden during operation
Before opening the cover of the screen: make sure that the screen is de pressurized make sure that no liquid or stock can flow into the screen
The screen can be started after maintenance only after: the cover of the screen has been closed all original guards have been installed properly
