二、说应用文分析在6-8年级的英语学习中，学生已经写过启示和日记，学生知道不同的应用文都有一-定的格式和常用的语句，启示和通知的格式有相似之处，通知和请假条属于简短书信的格式，通知又为以后写邀请函做铺垫，请假条的格式和要求又为写留言条做铺垫。
三、说学情分析优势:大部分学生已经具有一定的听，说，读，写水平，能在材料充足，训练充分，引导有序的前提下可以完成应用文的写作。
劣势:个别学生基础太差，写出来是汉语式的英语，语序不正确。
四、说教学重、难点课标要求学生能够收集、准备写作素材，并能独立起草短文、短信等，因而通过课标与写作内容的分析,他们的共同点是写作，所以我确定本课的重点为应用文(通知和请假条)的写作训练。

五、说教学目标基于以上分析和本课重、难点，我确定本课要达到以下三维目标:1、通过观看课件，学生掌握应用文写作的技巧，格式。
2、通过看课件的写作要求，学生补充不完整的通知和请假条。
3、通过师生的帮助，学困生能根据范文修改好自己的小作文。
4、通过第二次写完整的作文，培养学生独立写作的能力。
