医院空调系统设计规范一、普通用房的空调系统设置1、应充分注意利用自然通风,有中庭的必须保证其无障碍的自然通风,或辅助之以机械排风。
气候条件合适地区可利用穿堂风,应注意保持清洁的区域位于通风的上风侧。
2、凡是产生有味气体、水汽和潮湿作业的用房,必须设机械排风。
3、普通空调系统应根据医院各房间的室内空调设计参数、设备概况、卫生学要求、使用时间、空调负荷等要求合理分区。
4、各功能区域宜独立分区,采用独立的系统,并要注意各空调分区能互相封闭、避免空气途径交叉感染的原则,有洁净度要求的房间、严重污染的房间、应单独成为一个系统。
5、医院的通风与空调机应采用容易消毒、清洗,停机后容易保持干燥、无积水的专用医用通风空调机组。
没有特殊要求不应在机组内安装紫外线灯等消毒装置。
不得使用淋水式空气处理装置,不宜采用风管式加湿器。
6、普通空调系统的回风口必须设低阻中效过滤器,选用空调机时应考虑到回风过滤器的阻力。
7、新风采集口应远离冷却塔排风口、烟囱排烟口、及所有排气口,新风采集口与排气口间应有足够的距离。
新风采集口的下端应距地面3m以上。
设在屋顶时应距屋面1m以上。
8、对放疗室、核医学检查室、传染病病房等含有有害微生物、有害气溶胶等污染物质的排风,当超过排放浓度上限定值时应在排风入口设高效过滤器。
9、没有特殊要求的排风机应设在排风管路末端,使整个管路为负压。
二、洁净用房的空调系统设置1、医院洁净用房在空态或静态条件下,细菌浓度(沉降菌法浓度或浮游菌法浓度)和空气含尘浓度应按表1分级。
换气次数不应超过表规定上限的倍。
表1 洁净用房的分级标准(空态或静态)2、Ⅰ、Ⅱ级洁净用房的送风末端应设高效过滤器,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净用房的送风末端可设亚高效过滤器。
3、Ⅲ级及以上洁净手术室应采用局部集中送风,送风口集中布置于手术台上方。
4、Ⅰ级洁净手术室中100级手术区的气流必须是单向流。
5、准洁净手术室和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净辅助用房可采用带亚高效过滤器或高效过滤器的立式净化风机盘管和立式净化空调器。
