①mooncake中的cake已在三年级上册第十二单元学习过；red bean中的red已在三年级下册第三单元学习过；nearby中的near已在五年级下册第七单元学习过；poem已在五年级下册第十一单元学习过。
②nuts中的“-s”表示复数含义，这一语法现象已在一年级下册第四单元涉及，在四年级上册第四、第五单元中学习过，实际上贯穿于整个小学英语阶段。
(2) 句型
①句型“The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming.” 在四年级下册第二单元拓展中可能用到的“ Spring is coming! ”中已有体现。
②句型“I’d like ...”已在五年级上册第二单元中作为重点句型学习过。

本单元话题为中秋节(the Mid-Autumn Festival)。
本单元重点在学习、掌握并运用中秋节的传统食物单词，如mooncake, nuts, lotus seed, red bean等。
