若因甲方迟延履行该等义务导致车辆不能正常使用，乙方有权扣除相应的租金；To provide free maintenance regularly and repair of faults not caused byman-made reasons of leased vehicle within Shanghai City and Vehicle emergency repairs.3、甲方负责指定汽车修理厂对所租出的车辆进行修理，在乙方使用过程中发生车辆损坏，属于保险公司赔偿范围的，由甲方负责向保险公司索赔。
不属于保险公司赔偿范围的，因乙方过错造成的相关修理费用，由乙方承担，但保险公司负责赔偿的情况除外。

The Lessor has taken insurance for all the cars provided to the Lessee covering Compulsory Traffic Accident Liability Insurance for Motor vehicles and Third Party Liability Risk(RMB _______), Car Damage Risk.
