【教材分析】
本节课为pep教材小学英语六年级上册Unit3“My weekend plan”中的Part C 故事环节。
主人公zoom和zip是学生们熟悉的
卡通人物。
他们之间发生的故事，同学们都非常感兴趣。
故事中zoom想学游泳，zip主动提出教他，当看到zoom只是在电脑前看别人游泳，zip就带zoom到游泳池并“无情地”将他推到水里，吓得zoom连喊“救命”。
zip最后下到水里教会了zoom游泳。
通过这个故事我们可以达成两个方面的价值教育，其一是朋友之间真诚的帮助，其二就是“做中学”的学习策略。
