Giving a speech in front of an audience was one of the most nerve-wracking things I've ever done. I urged everyone to do their part by reducing waste, conserving energy, and taking care of our beautiful natural world.About halfway through, I started gaining more confidence. My voice grew stronger, and I stopped clinging to the podium for dear life. I even started making eye contact with people in the audience.
