1 前言LineGuard 电子型管线破裂检测系统,是一种安装在管线阀门处的自力式管线监控和管线破裂保护装置。

该装置能采集数据,能(就地和远距离)监控单个阀门执行机构。

LineGuard 2200产品由一套Fisher ROC300系列远距离操作控制器和FlashPAC流量管理硬件和固件组成。

一套两用户程序可提供LineGuard功能。

Fisher公司的Windows RocLink负责进行压力监控、数据记录和阀门控制;Daniel产业公司的SpectraCom负责Modbus信息处理。

可提供客户定义型显示器,对两种程序的运行进行配置和监控。

2功能说明LineGuard 2200装置可进行压力采样并根据压力采样进行压力和“压降速率(RoD)”计算。

LineGuard 2200能连续监控和检测某些压力条件和压降速率(Rod)条件。

这些条件分为“小”(Minor)事件条件和“大”(Major)事件条件,它们在本装置中可以进行配置。

当探测到这些事件时,LineGuard 2200能按常规的配置间隔保持“压力”和“RoD”记录。

如果“大”事件在可配置的“事件持续”时间里继续存在,LineGuard 2200装置就会驱动阀门关闭。

可以选择性地关闭阀门。

LineGuard 2200还能保存标明有日期和时间的“事件/报警”记录。

借助Daniel Modbus协议,通过LineGuard 2200可以实现所有外部通信。

3操作原理3.1 用户计算程序用户计算程序负责监控管线压力,计算压降速率(RoD),保持小事件和大事件记录和阀门控制。

3.2 管线压力监控对管线静压每5秒钟采样一次,并作为“当前压力”(Live Pressure)加以保存。

对“当前压力”按一个配置周期(称之为“平均采样周期”)进行平均,并作为“平均压力”(Average Pressure)加以保存。

“平均采样周期”(Average Sample Period)可在5秒到60秒之间按5秒间隔进行配置。

1.目的: 建立一个FL2200型液相色谱仪的标准操作规程, 以规范其操作。

2.范围: 本规程合用于本公司的FL2200型液相色谱仪标准操作。

3.职责:仪器操作者:负责该仪器的操作、清洁, 并及时向上级、计量管理员报告仪器的异常情况;仪器维护保养人: 负责仪器定期清洁、保养工作;计量管理员:负责维护该仪器的正常运营, 指导并协助培训仪器的操作、保养, 及时解决设备的异常情况。

4.操作程序:4.1: 基本规定4.1.1安装仪器的房间应通风良好,否则会引起中毒或不良刺激,也也许引起火灾,由于液相色谱仪所使用的溶剂大多是易燃且有毒的.4.1.2严禁在仪器附近吸烟,使用明火或其他火源,或安装其他任何发射或也许发射火花的设备,房间内应配备灭火装置或设备,以备紧急时防止火灾的发生.4.1.3房间内应配备自来水龙头或其他冲洗设备.假如溶剂进入眼睛或有毒溶剂溅到皮肤上,应立即用清洁的水冲洗.4.1.4避免在有腐蚀性气体或大量粉尘的地方安装本仪器,否则会影响仪器正常运转,并缩短仪器使用寿命.4.1.5实验室温度需控制在20℃左右,建议安装空调.4.1.6电源电压为交流220V,功率为200W;房间内有良好的接地线.4.2开机4.2.1开机前准备配制流动相,配好后用有机膜过滤并超声15分钟4.2.1.1配制乙腈:水=1:9;4.2.1.2配制乙腈:缓冲盐(称取2.18g辛烷磺酸钠和1.92柠檬酸溶解在1000ml娃哈哈水中)=1: 94.2.2打开泵、检测器和电脑, 启动工作站;设立检测样品所需的各种条件;点击新建,创建项目, 设立项目名称、样品名称、实验人等, 点下一步, 设定分析方法, 下一步, 设定仪器条件, 下一步, 设定检测器, 下一步, 设定仪器条件, 下一步, 项目创建结束, 完毕。

4.2.3上流动相停泵状态下→把不锈钢吸滤头放于10%乙腈水里→打开放空阀→点击“系统清洗”→5分钟后泵停止→关闭放空阀→按“泵启动”→10%乙腈水过渡20分钟→按“泵停止”→把不锈钢吸滤头放于流动相中→打开放空阀→点击系统清洗→5分钟后泵停止→关闭放空阀→点击“泵启动”→稳定30分钟→查看基线(点击工作站界面的开始, 然后立即点击取消)→等基线在此状态下成一稳定的直线, 说明已经走平→可直接进样。

其中2200型配有模拟输入和输出。

2200-D型也包括数字输入和输出。

各个版本共有的特性如下:·通用调频发射机保护和音频处理.2200能方便与世界上任何一种常用的发射系统连接使用.·用户友好接口:一个简单的液晶显示器使设置、调整、编程变得非常容易。

前面板上的直方图显示处理器预置的功能。

按其中一个有清楚标记的软键,可以唤醒一个预置,修改处理过程,或者访问系统设置。

·内有八个工厂预置,都是基于Orban的双波段和保护限幅处理结构.这些预置可以被修改并加以保存.·八个用户预置用来储存用户自己的设置.·预加重只限于国际通用的50us,75us预加重曲线.预加重控制几乎不可能有可以听出的变化,它主要用于产生一个清晰、透亮的声音.·严格的过脉冲控制;过脉冲限于+0.3dB基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的立体声编码器产生的电路,不仅性能优异,高稳定度,而且采用全基带频谱控制.·遥控,通过光独立终端(可以节点盖工作·内置声调发生器,用于产生在任意系统中设置的快速、精确的电平。

其中的一个贝塞尔空声调用于校正调制度。

在2200中有两种不同种类的预置:工厂处理预置与用户预置。

八个工厂处理预置包括一个保护/限幅预置,双波段通用预置,以及六个其他从双波段结构衍生出来的预置。
