一、学习目标：
1. 会认读单词：stomachache, cold, headache, fever .
2. 学习谈论事情的起因和结果，谈论疾病。
知道“…, so…”和“…, and…”的用法。
二、预习学案：
（一）预习目标
1. 会认读课文中关于疾病的单词。
2. 大声朗读课文，了解课文大体意思。
（二）预习过程
1. 用“-----”划出课文中出现的有关疾病的单词，如stomachache, cold, headache, fever。
2. 找出课文中不认识的单词和不理解的句子。
3. 听录音，模仿. 跟读课文。
三、导学案
（一）自主交流，预习新知
1. 利用课前时间，各小组成员交流预习本单元时遇到的问题，由值日小组代表把课文中出现的生词和不明白的句子写在黑板上，其他小组进行补充。
单词可能有：chocolate， stomachache, cold, headache, fever 等。
句子：
（1）Daming had two watermelons yesterday .
（2）Amy had a cold yesterday. （两个句子中“had”的不同意思。
）
2. 各小组交流上节课第一单元的作业，由小组长带领修理成文，以备课堂上展示。
（二）检查复习，导入新课
1. 展示上节课的作业，由小组长在班上朗读本组的作文，并进行评价。
2. 教师将下列图片贴在黑板上：吃了两个西瓜，吃了很多巧克力饼干，打喷嚏，头疼，并在这些
图片的上方写出。
让学生用过去式描述一下这几幅图。
如有困难，教师可以给予提示，如“吃”
可用“had”也可用“ate”，“患病”用“had”等。
3. 教师引导：昨天他们所做的事情，会造成今天的什么后果呢？（教师在黑板的另一侧写出“today”。
）
（三）小组合作，学习生词
1. 听录音，划出课文中的生词，并跟读，模仿语音. 语调。
2. 教师纠正语音、语调，适当领读单词。
3. 小组检查，互助强化巩固单词。
4. 小组展示：进行单词的说做练习，看谁的反应快，进行小组评价。
（四）初读课文，整体感知
1. 听课文录音，让学生边听边看书，正确理解课文意思。
2. 让学生比较一下课文中“had”的用法有什么不同。
学生自由发言后，教师进行总结：前两句话中的“had”是“吃”的意思；后两句话中的“had”是习惯用语，意思是“患病”。
然后用“have”造句，说说句中“have”的意思。
3. 讲解课文中“so”和“and”的使用情况：前两句话中使用“so”是因为句子前后有着清晰的因果关系；而后两句话中使用“and”是为了把句子前后相关的部分连接起来。
4. 再听录音，跟读，模仿语音语调。
5. 小组互助朗读课文。
（齐读、边读边译、逐句读、分角色读。
）
（五）小组展示，巩固课文
1. 各小组以不同的方式展示表演。
如：边读边译，分角色表演，我做你说（活动3和活动5）等，并作评价。
2. 引导学生看活动4插图，然后让学生听录音，回答问题：

Wh at’s wrong with Little Lingling?
What’s wrong with Little Ben?
3. 再放活动4录音，让学生听音. 跟读并模仿相应的动作。
（六）课堂小结，综合评价
学生自主评价本课所学知识，并对各小组进行评价。
