而且谁如果先退下阵来，就会被对方任意处置，拳打脚踢、公开侮辱或是罚请客。
改变中午午睡的习惯实在是困难，但只有这个时候，校园是最清静的。
刚开始两三天，李阳充满激情，冲好咖啡，带上风油精，奔赴战场。
但没过几天，吃饱饭以后的懒惰，“从明天开始”的恶劣惯性使李阳向舒适的床上爬去。
“你去不去？”“实在太累了，明天再去吧！”“你记不记得你的诺言？”“ 我记得。
但我还是不想去！”“那我可要开始侮辱你了。
”“随你的便吧！”见硬的不行，他就来软的。
“只要稍微坚持一下，你就可以创造奇迹。
世界上人的智力都差不多，成功的人就是坚持的人。
如果瞌睡，也到烈士亭去睡，做做样子也是需要的，因为一旦今天停下来，明天又会再找个理由不去。
你将来会为今天的选择感到自豪的！”就这样，李阳老师坚持下来了！无论是下雨还是刮风下雪，每天中午，两个身影在烈士亭准时出现。
刚开始，一些过路人把他们当疯子、神经病。
后来，逐渐不断的有人从围观、犹豫、激动到放下脸皮加入进来。
他和同学以顽强的毅力大声苦练了整整四个月。
就这样，李阳老师在无数次英语不及格后，在四级考试的时候就考了九十三分，高踞全校第二名，你能够想象自己的英语从来都没有及格过，而第一次及格竟然是全校第二名！你知道这是多么难的一件事吗？你知道这是多么震撼吗？并在随后的演讲比赛中，打败众多英语专业的参赛者，一举获得英语演讲全校第一名！你能够想象自己从来都没有用英语演讲过，而第一次演讲竟然是全校第一名！你知道这是多么难的一件事吗？你知道这是多么震撼吗？不可思义！李阳老师从一个问题少年，只用了四个月就变成一个优等生！李阳老师立刻成了一个全校闻名的传奇性人物！后来，李阳老师继续练习，后来成了电台和电视台的最受人欢迎的播音员、广告配音员、双语主持人以及双语演讲家！所以我坚信是疯狂英语彻底改变了李阳老师，使他从一个自暴自弃、自卑胆怯的人成了一个杰出的语言大师！现在我能给大家的我最喜欢的一句话，它来自于我的老师安东尼罗宾，他说：To live with passion! （充满热情地活着！）To make it happen with passion! 因为要成功你必须复制成功者的：信念、策略、肢体动作！一个人能否成功取决于现场的心态和状态！学习之前一定要让你情绪达到巅峰状态。
我的培训有三大原则：第一是快乐；第二是快乐；第三，猜一下是什么？快乐，错啦！是非常非常的快乐。
