英语教师培训开幕式发言稿
尊敬的各位领导、老师、朋友们：
大家上午好！我是来自无影山小学的侯晓霞，今天能够作为教师代表发言，我感到非常荣幸。
首先，我先讲一个小插曲：7月10日中午吃饭时碰到一位其他学校的英语老师，当她得知我要来南京培训时，非常羡慕地对我说：“你们多好呀！我怎么没有这个机会呢？”我安慰她说；“这次名额有限，以后一定会有机会的。
”通过这个小插曲，我想说的是：这次学习的机会的确非常难得。
因此，我非常感谢济南市教育局，感谢美国安生文教基金会南京外国语专修学校，为我们提供这次培训学习的机会，我相信本次培训，不仅能使我们了解前沿的教育教学理论，也会为个人英语口语能力地提高搭建一个平台。
作为一线小学英语教师我感到非常幸福，这种幸福感来源于两个方面：一是在教学中与孩子们一起享受英语学习的乐趣，二是源自于一直以来各级领导对英语教师的关怀和英语教学地重视。
因此，我们全体学员会倍加珍惜这次培训学习的机会，严格要求自己，自觉遵守作息时间，严格遵守学习规定和纪律，学员之间互相帮助，积极交流合作，认真完成本次培训学习任务。
在听专家讲座的时候，我们会专心聆听专家对每个问题地阐述，结合平时教学中遇到的问题展开思考，并做好详实地记录。
在口语课上，我们会尽力克服怕羞心理，不怕出错，大胆开口说英语，多与外籍教师交流讨论，积极参加办理组织的各项活动，争取使自己的口语得到更大地提高。
同时，在学习过程中我们要及时地将自己的点滴感悟记录下来，汇集成自己的心得体会，更好地服务于日常英语教学工作。
总之，在本次培训期间，我们全体学员一定不辜负领导的殷切期望，圆满完成此次培训任务，并在日后英语教学中积极去实践、探索、反思，提升自己
的英语教学能力，让每个孩子都能感受英语学习的快乐，得到最大限度地发展。
