世界十大知名游艇俱乐部香港皇家游艇俱乐部香港皇家游艇俱乐部是香港历史最悠久的游艇俱乐部，也是世界上最大的游艇俱乐部。
该会的最前身是创立于公元1849年10月的“维多利亚赛舟会（Victoria Regatta Club）”。
1889年，维多利亚赛舟会内有些舟仕（Yachtsman）开始采用名为“穆西独木舟（Mersey Canoes）”的小舟在一起比赛。
1890年，为了让舟赛能够顺利开展，这些舟仕于是另外成立“香港柯林斯泛舟会（Hong Kong Corinthian Sailing Club）”，并选出首任会长。
“维多利亚赛舟会”因为会员流失，只好低调宣布解散。
“香港柯林斯泛舟会”是在1 8 9 1年召开了第一届大会，会上选出首席（Commodor e）、右席（Vice-commodore）、左席（Rear-commodore）等有权在名下风帆游艇（Sailing Yacht）主桅上方悬出（Fly）十风旈（Broad Pendant）的悬旗要员（Flag Officer），以及船队长（Fleet Captain）、秘书（Secretary）、司库（Treasurer）等参赞要员（Staff Officer），再由悬旗要员与另外三位拥有私人游艇的会员共同组成一个专门负责日常会务的管理委员会1893年10月间，“香港柯林斯泛舟会”召开第三届大会，会中决议请求“英国海军总部（The Admiralty）”批准将会名改为“皇家香港游艇会”并颁下特许让会员游艇挂出（Hoist）镶有会徽的蓝米字旗（Blue Ensign）。
1894年5月15日，英国海军大臣批准前述二项请求并发下准许挂出蓝米字旗的海总授权令（Admiralty Warrant）。
俱乐部现有大约10,200名会员，其中3,700名活动会员（活动会员指退休后定居香港，可以随时参加活动的成员），6,500名缺席会员（缺席会员指曾经参加过游艇会，但当前已离开香港的会员，允许他们回香港度假或出差时参加俱乐部的活动）。

厦门五缘湾香山国际游艇俱乐部项目资料一、项目速览香山国际游艇俱乐部项目为厦门市重点工程之一，位于厦门岛东部的香山避风坞，地处厦门滨海旅游观光区，与小金门岛隔海相望。
其用地西面为国际会议中心、国际网球中心，南临厦门国际会展中心。
项目总用海面积691439平方米，地上总建筑面积189000平方米。
包括：五星级地标酒店、A级总部写字楼、滨海商业街、游轮商务展示中心、水上运动中心、俱乐部会所及其配套设施、私属VIP泊位和普通泊位等，其中五星级酒店63000平方米，商务办公建筑面积55000平方米，商业建筑面积18000平方米，VIP泊位22000平方米，游艇俱乐部17000平方米，游轮商务展示中心建筑面积16000平方米。
经批准的初步方案，环岛路东侧与香山交会处拟建成绿化区，并设立停车场。
东围堰为曲线，拟规划为海滨摩托艇活动区。
在香山脚下配套建设高层星级酒店和高端写字楼，200个会员别墅（不占用建筑面积）建在港池的内围堰上，系独具特色的水上别墅。
港池内设有约450个游艇泊位。
另外，沿环岛路及东、南海岸线必须对公众开放，留出公共步行道，步行道宽为10-20米；沿环岛路建筑分散布置，控制沿路建筑的长度。
该项目应先完成游艇码头建设，再建设酒店、商务办公、商业及其他配套设施。
项目建成后，将成为国内目前最大的游艇码头及厦门市首个集休闲、健身、旅游、办公、购物为一体的高档综合旅游景区。
项目的工程造价预计超过超过人民币15亿元。
其中，项目填海、围堰、防波堤、高桩平台等基础工程的造价经国家海洋局第三研究所概算为人民币5.7亿元，上部工程（不含二次装修）造价概算约为人民币7亿元。
预计项目总投资约为3亿美金。
二、建设规划香山国际游艇俱乐部于2005年11月30日前完成全部勘察设计工作，2006年1月1日俱乐部工程开始海上挖泥工作，标志着香山国际游艇俱乐部项目一期工程正式动工。
游艇俱乐部码头计划2007年底完工，全部工程预计将于2009年完成，建设周期为四年，项目建设计划如下：第一期：完成填海、围堰防堤、七通一平、游轮码头及旅游区项目。

Shangshan International Y acht Club(Xiamen) is the priority project in Xiamen, which is the biggest tourism investment in Xiamen at present, the item divided into two phases,the first phase of the project is yacht club marina, luxury VIP berths、yacht exhibition center and facilities matched to yacht, will be finished and Soft Open at october 2009. The second phase is Platinum 5-star hotel, 5A office building, SOHO, and waterfront shopping mall estimately will be finished by the early of 2011. The item begined to dredging at Jan 1st ,2006, the east and west retaining wall and large area of filling sea have been finished at September 2008. Luxury VIP berths have topped more than 100 in February of 2010, Y acht club has constructed to 4 floors of ground, yacht exhibition center has been built to cover the ground floor.
