国贸,英文演讲稿篇一：XX年国贸演讲稿.------胡德亮各位同学大家好，今天我演讲的题目是“结合当今国际形势分析我国如何利用亚太经济合作组织积极发展对外经贸关系”。
我们都知道亚太经济合作组织是亚太地区最具影响的经济官方论坛，是亚太各地区之间促进经济增长，合作，贸易，投资的论坛。
亚太经合组织诞生于全球冷战结束的年代，随着冷战的结束，国际形势的日趋缓和，经济全球化，贸易投资的自由化和区域集团化的趋势成为潮流。
与此同时，亚洲地区在世界经济中的地位也日益明显上升，亚太经合组织总人口约占世界人口的40%，国内生产生产总和超过19万亿美元，约占世界的56%。
贸易额约占世界总量的48%。
在这么一个具有全球影响力的组织下，我国该怎么做呢？当前我国奉行独立自主的外交政策，坚持和平共处五项原则，同时维护世界和平，促进共同发展，对于国际关系，中国会秉着负责任的大国位置，促成国际社会的安全和平稳定。
我们都知道我国是一个人口大国，我们有丰富的劳动力以及人才资源，自然资源的数量也众多。
我国加入亚太经合，其一可以把我们的劳动力和人才优势转化为经济优势。
利用加入亚太经合关税变化，我国可以大大降低进口时的贸易壁垒，加上商品和生产要素的自由流动，这样给我国的企业带来了更具有竞争性的经营环境，而竞争可以促使企业进行机构改组、产业升级、管理更新和推动新技术的应用，促进生产率的提高和社会利益的增加，推动我国的经济发展。
其二通过贸易协议的约束，区域经济一体化内的市场规模得到扩大，投资环境得到改善，区域经济组织内部的企业为了应付市场的扩大和竞争的加剧，必须增加投资，已更新设备，开发和利用新技术，扩大生产规模。
另一方面由于成员国减少对非成员国的进口，迫使非成员国的企业为了避免贸易转移的消极影响，而到成员国进行投资，以避开贸易壁垒。
其三，利用亚太经合，我国的企业可以获得规模经济效应。
当企业的规模扩大到一定程度的时，单位产品成本下降，报酬增加，获准进入更大的市场空间，可能使成员国在特定出口产品上获得规模经济，因为规模经济效应的存在导致企业对某种产品的专业化生产，由此形成大规模的产业内贸易。
世界多极化趋势在曲折中发展，大国关系总体稳定，越来越多的国家主张国际关系民主化，提倡多边主义和发展模式的多样化。
经济全球化和区域合作深化发展，各国相互依存不断加深，传统与非传统安全威胁相互交流，不稳定不确定因素增加，世界的多样化和多元化，不同文明发展模式在竞争中共处，在交流中发展。
