学校创建国家卫生城市 工作实施方案 创建卫生城市是城市居民为改善自己的物质生存空间和精神享受空间而进行的实践活动。创建国家卫生城市活动的开展，将极大地改善城市卫生面貌和形象，提高城市综合管理水平，完善和拓展城市的整体功能。根据市委、市政府创建国家卫生城市的总体安排，以及教育系统的安排部署，制定哈密市二校工作实施方案。 一、指导思想 以市委、市政府创建国家卫生城市的要求为指导，以教育系统的安排部署为具体要求，以提高全校师生员工的文明卫生意识和道德素质为目标，以提高参与率和工作实效性为原则，积极开展创建活动，努力完成上级交给的各项工作任务。 二、工作任务 1、我校全部开设健康教育课，学生健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率≥80％ 2、配合卫生部门组织完成14周岁儿童集体服药驱蛔、疾控部门做好蛔虫感染监测工作，14岁以下儿童蛔虫感染率控制在3％以内。 3、加强校园环境卫生工作，加大学生良好卫生习惯养成教育力度，建立长效机制，使“做文明人，争创国家卫生城市”的思想入头脑、见行动。 4、切实加强学校食品卫生管理和春秋季流行传染病的防控工作，确保师生健康。
