help意为 帮助 帮忙，既可作及物动词，也可作不及物动词。
常用句型：
1.help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事 eg. I often help my sister (to) learn English.
解答：根据句型 help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事，wash 应用动词不定式形式（to wash），也可使用不to 的不定式，即动 词原型（wash）。所以，应选D。
