共分为四个部分：爱是分享、爱是力量、爱是承担、爱是荣耀。
以主题班会的形式展开，通过讲述四个有关“爱”的故事，让我们深刻地认识到：爱不是语言、不是单一的，是一个实际行动，是多种多样的。
其中“爱是承担”让我格外感动。
故事要从一个叫马鹏飞的孩子讲起……
马鹏飞是一个失去双亲的的孩子，由奶奶抚养。
但生活拮据，奶奶为了省下钱给他生活，导致双目失明，十分绝望。
但马鹏飞却没有绝望，从此操起家务。
而且依然上学，成绩优秀，直到今天。
其作息表更使在场的所有人流泪。
写到这儿，我也不禁为马鹏飞这种不服输和坚持感到佩服。
一个人如果能坚持几天或十几天，我并不奇怪。
但他竟然坚持了近十年。
在现在的社会中，还能有这样“十项全能”的青少年，这让人怎么也无法相信。
但马鹏飞做到了。
仔细一想，也倒不是没这个可能，爱既然能化成力量，能让他人分享，自然就能让人学会承担。
就像电视里曾经播的，一位与丈夫离异、身患重病母亲与一对子女相依为命，曾经娇生惯养的子女，似乎一下子都长大了，互相操起了家务，照顾重病的母亲，直到他们十六岁那年，母亲病逝。
姐弟两个靠母亲留下的一点积蓄，哥哥继续照顾妹妹，直到兄妹俩双双大学毕业。
这也便是马鹏飞说的“理所当然的承担”，是爱的力量使他们学会承担。
如果你觉得这种伟大的爱你无法承担，那生活中，你也可以将对事物的小爱，表现为一种承担：对父母的爱使你懂得帮助他们;对身边朋友的爱使你懂的关爱他们;对老师的爱使你懂的尊敬他们……总而言之，要你承担的不一定是大爱，还有用爱心、博爱、友爱等。
这堂开学第一课十分有趣，它既教会了我们，如何去承担，又教会了我们，什么是“爱”。
