我之所以喜爱跑步,因为我小时候,很简单生病。

还有一个缘由是,跑起来很爽很快,感觉像飞一样。

夏天跑步让我觉得很凉快,而且我每一次参与运动会都参与60米跑步的竞赛。

不过老师临时给我加了一个400米跑步,这一次运动会,老师说:“你能跑400米吗?”我说:“我会尽力的。

”我还记得上一次运动会,我叫同学帮我加油,同学说行,竞赛起先了,我跑在最前面,之后始终领先。

快到终点的时候,我望见老师和妈妈在终点的两边为我加油,于是我越跑越快,一下子冲到了终点,但我有一个同学也跑了200米,她跑得比我快,于是她得了第一,我得了其次。

我现在为了400米跑第一,每天起的很早,连休息的时间都用来在阳台上联系跑步,因为我怕我跑一半就跑不动了。

第五圈,走的人越来越多,我也想走,可是有一个声音在对我说:坚持就是成功。

第六圈,已经没几个人不走了,我累的已经抬不起头了,我多么想放弃啊,可是,我又是多么想取得名次啊!第七圈,我不得不闭上眼睛,好来减轻一些乏累。

五十米,四十米,三十米,二十米------此时的每一分,每一秒对于我来说都是那么的漫长,可是,当我看到慢慢靠近我的终点线时,我的心中又充溢了力气。

我成功了!我成功了!到我的脚踩到终点线的时候,我在心里高呼。

我爱跑步曾经有人说过“生命在于运动”。

这句话说的一点也不错。

因为运动可以使人身心健康,运动可以让人变的坚强。

小时候,我经常生病,课也落下了很多。

来到学校,参加了阳光活动一小时、体育课才把我从一个病秧子变成了一个健康的儿童。

在纵多的运动中,我只对跑步情有独钟。

随着上课铃的响声,同学们冲出教室,因为这节是体育课嘛!李老师说今天训练50米乘8,不合格者跑操场十圈。

我在心里暗暗祈祷:合格分是2分钟,一定要合格啊!
前面的同学有的发挥不错,有的无情地被判处“死刑”。

终于轮到我了,“嘘~~”老师吹哨子,我像离了弦的箭似的冲了出去。

我左右两旁的人也不甘示弱,一直在加快速度。

大家你追我赶,渐渐拉开了距离。

跑完两圈后,我发现腿有点体力不支了。

一直领跑的蒋冰清,此时也明显放慢了速度。

风一直灌到我嗓子眼,难受极了。

心里有点坚持不住了。


不容易跑完了三圈。

“加油,周薇,还剩最后一圈了,加油啊!”听到了蔡博雅的加油声,我想加快速度,可是脚却像灌了铅似的,跑不动了。

还有一个回合。

我大口大口的喘着粗气,两手拼命甩动两条手臂,抬起脚跟,迈着机械的步子,坚持不懈地跑着。

前面有的同学在为我们倒计时“五、四、三、二、一”我冲过了终点“1分59秒”李老师说到。

耶!我终于及格了。

此时心中的这块大石头终于落下了。

从此,我喜欢上了跑步这一项运动。

运动能够增进健康,提高生命质量。

有了健康的身体,工作、学习,一切才有保障。

我爱运动。

作文二:我喜欢跑步
我喜欢跑步,在每年学校运动会上,我都是班里短跑和长跑比赛项目的主力。

我短跑快,是因为从小就喜欢跑。

记的刚学会走路不久,我就跑个不停,一天不知道会摔多少个跟头,有时甚至会把膝盖摔破,但我仍然乐此不疲。

每次跟姥爷出去散步,我都是先跑出去很远再跑回姥爷身边,就这样一直来回跑,一点也不觉得累。

姥爷常说:“这小子不会走,只会跑。

”上小学后,我在我们班短跑算快的,有个同学不服,向我提出了挑战。

在几个同学的见证下,我们俩个正式决赛了一次,刚开始我起跑慢了,落后了,但后来,我竭尽全力,紧追不舍,最终超过了他。

从那以后再也没有同学向我挑战,而我的短跑
成绩在全班一直名列前茅。

长跑就不同了,它是对人的耐力以及意志力的考验。

我正式练习长跑是在上小学三年级之后,刚开始时因为掌握不好速度和力量分配,累得气喘吁吁,还跑不快。

在老师指导下,我坚持每天早晨锻炼600米,经过一年的努力,现在,长跑已经不成问题了。

我还珍惜每次体育课1000米跑的机会---600米排队跑、400米自由跑。

而且有时自己也安排时间去操场上练习,慢慢就掌握了长跑的要领---平均分配速度及体力,等快到终点时冲刺。

由于我坚持不懈的努力,现在我已经是我们班上长跑的冠军了。

学习和跑步是一样的,落后并不可怕,只要你坚强的站起来,勇敢的冲向终点,成功就会向你招手!我还会坚持天天锻炼,提高自己的跑步速度,你知道我想干什么吗?哈哈!……我不仅想跑出校园,还想跑向世界呢!

但只要想

朋友们都很钦佩我,不敢再嘲笑我了,问我到底是怎么做到的。

这时,我心里感受到很快乐。

我自豪地对他们说:“只要不放弃,世界上就没有难事是做不成的。

“从此我热喜欢上了跑步,一有空的时候我就会到小区里练习一下跑步,锻炼身体。

有一天,上体育课的时候,老师让我们两个人两个人的来比赛跑步,我和一个平时跑步很快的人来比赛跑步。

别提我心里有多么的紧张了,以前一直跑不过他,我觉得我根本就跑不过他。

比赛开始了,我明显落后他一节,我慢慢的追上了他,我们不相上下,最后时刻,我一咬牙,直线冲刺,我赢了,我赢了,我真的成功了,就连老师都说我跑的快呢!我听了心里美滋滋的!
大家都要多多锻炼身体,这样就能变得更加健康。

我喜欢跑步,我相信大家也一定会喜欢上跑步的。
