一、好的方面:

暑假,我校给四,五,六年级的学生布置了一项别出心裁的假期作业---制作“DIY英语绘本”。
同时,这也是我所参与的工作室的研究内容---主题式作业。
以下我将介绍下“DIY英语绘本”的实施过程与设计目的,同时还会展示个别学生的绘本作业。
一、作业类型:制作英语DIY绘本二、作业要求:1. 可选择一个或多个主题2. 绘本形式不限(可以是全手绘,也可以是电脑制作,或两者相结合)3. 绘本内容是自己真实生活的反映三、设计意图:工作室研究指出,实施主题式作业应遵循以下几个原则:趣味性,主体性,差异性,可操作性与学以致用性。
那么,此次的绘本作业,也是遵循着几个原则开展的:1. 趣味性:由于暑假时间比较长,布置常规的抄写、背诵作业会让学生觉得枯燥,严重影响作业质量及学生英对语学习的兴趣。
但是,把假期作业布置为制作DIY绘本,让学生通过感受自己的假期生活,将生活,学习与绘画结合一起,是一项学生很感兴趣的作业。
2. 主体性:学生可以从本学期所学的各个主题或是暑假生活的点滴中选取相关的主题作为绘本内容。
如四年级学生可选主题有:hobbies, daily life, my family, a busy day, my weekend。
五年级可选择my dream house, my summer vacation 等。
充分尊重学生的个人喜好,个人经历,给予学生更大的自由选择空间。
3. 差异性原则。
主题式作业要关注学生的个体差异,让学困生和学有余力的学生都有展示的空间。
因此,每个学生可以根据自己的能力与时间,选择制作一个或多个主题的绘本。
4. 可操作性。
虽然是假期作业,但是教师会提前给学生提供必要的帮助。
如指导学生先复习课文的单词和句型,选择感兴趣的主题,并引导学生学会通过使用教科书,字典等学习用具,更好地完成绘本作业。
指导学习的方法,展示优秀绘本作品,引导学生有针对性地设计绘本作业,保证学生能出色地完成作业。
5. 学以致用。
设计假期绘本作业可以让学生通过动脑,动手,动笔的形式复习一学期的学习内容。
异于以往的假期书写作业,绘本制作能培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的创造潜能。
开学后,学校还会选出优秀的绘本作业在班级,年级和学习内进行展示与交流学习。
四.各年级的优秀绘本作业展示:1. 学生可以制作一个或多个主题的绘本。
2. 学生设计了各种形式的绘本3. 绘本作业内容展示五.结束语看着这些别出心裁的作品,我们很高兴地看到学生能通过这样的主题式假期作业来展示各自的创作力与想象力。
当然,这不仅是一种学习英语的好方法,也是学生综合能力的一种体现。
关注每一个学生的学习需求,让学生寓学于乐,这是我们设计这次主题式作业的目的,也是每位教育工作者要不断努力的方向。
小学英语作业展评活动总结为全面落实新的教学理念,推动全校学生整体作业质量的提高,提高教师批改作业水平,给教师搭建一个互相学习的平台,也为学生提供一次展示自己的机会,教研室组织开展了以“科学设计,规范书写,多元评价”为主题的学生作业展评活动。
本次作业展评体现出有以下优点:全体教师按时到位共同参与展评,全体班主任教师能够精心组织,作业摆放整齐,在展评过程中,老师能够共同交流、共同探讨、互相学习、积极性高、气氛浓厚。
学生作业业面整洁,书写规范,格式合理,行款整齐,美观大方。
教师布置的作业科学、适量,教师批改正确率高,批改符号正确,作业整体质量有了很大的提高。
作业批改是教师的一项常规工作,它对指导学生学习,检查教学效果,调整教学方案,有着十分重要的作用。
在新的课程理念下,作业的批改不再是一个评判,已成为一种对话,一个学生与老师知识与情感交流的信箱,通过展评来看多数教师这方面体现的较好。
本次作业展评体现出以下不足:1、在展评中发现有的班级个别学生的作业不够整洁,个别教师批改不够细致,有误批现象,如:学生书写的错字没有及时纠正,有的学生书写没有达到写字要求,没有做到书写规范、端正、整洁。
2、作文作业个别教师批改不够详细,如错字只批无改,无评语只有等级评价和批改日期,语句不通顺有批无改。
个别学生的作文篇幅过于简短,希望教师要加强习作前指导。
3、个别教师有批无改,英语书写不规范。
以上不足,今后要加以改进或提高。
学生作业是综合能力的体现,希望教师要有统一的要求,做到科学布置作业,作业量要适当,装订工整、规范,批阅要详细,批语要亲切,评价手段要独具匠心,要求实,具有针对性和时效性,使学生高兴,家长满意。
小学英语分层作业的设计与研究阶段性总结三年级五班作业分层布置是根据我们教学的实际需要而产生的。
本学期我们班除过手抄报等实践作业以分层的形式布置外,还分层布置了记忆单词,朗读,表演等分层作业。
分层布置作业,调动了学生的积极性,使学生保持学习英语的信心,体验学习英语的乐趣,获得学习英语的成功体验,在英语学习中不断进步。
布置课外作业,是巩固学生当天所学新内容的教学环节,也是学校、家庭共同教育孩子的主要途径。
新课标指出教师应充分了解学生不同的学习经历、学习水平和学习风格,尊重学生的个体特点,充分挖掘学生的不同潜能。
所以在布置作业时很注意注重个体差异,挖掘潜能,最终达到共同进步。
一、单词记忆分层作业本学期尝试了对记忆单词作业进行分层,同时奖励记忆单词优胜者。
从刚开始的口拼法记忆单词,到最后的听写单词,我在布置作业时坚持差异理论,设计和布置适宜不同层次学生的分档作业,让学生自主选择,以减轻学生过重的课业负担和心理压力,更深层次地唤醒学生对英语学习的兴趣,最终实现“人人能练习、人人能成功”我从以下三个方面对作业进行分层。
1. 对作业量的分层设计。
对学习态度认真、知识掌握较快的学生减少作业量,相反则适当增加基础性的作业量并通过少而有趣味性的作业,调动积极性。
2. 对作业难度分层设计。
确定基础、发展、创新三级目标,要求不同能力的学生认真实现本级目标,并向高层目标努力。
所以,面对全体学生,就要考虑每一个层面的学生,设计和布置不同层次的作业,让学生自主选择,以满足不同学生的需要。
3. 完成作业时间分层。
英语课程必须关注学生个体差异,在完成作业时间上分层要求,能有效保障后进生“吃得了”的问题。
【案例】每次听写单词的时候会要求全班同学听写同样数量的单词,通常作业是先口拼,再听写。
但基于每次听写单词学生成绩的不同,采取分层作业:A.上一次听写错一半以下的同学,全部抄写。
认为自己记忆困难的学生,下一次听写中可以提前告诉老师,哪个单词没记住,延期一天找老师听写。
找老师单独听写时,保证要会,否则进行惩罚。
B.上一次听写错三分之一的同学,只听写不会的单词。
C.上一次单词和句型听写中得满分的同学,可以不做此项作业。
如果还能记忆三会单词的同学,奖励一颗星,贴在英语书上,攒够10颗可以换礼物。
【思考】布置上面三类难易程度不同的作业,是为了让不同的学生在作业中得到不同的发展,做A类作业的同学属于基础题差,要多抄写加强记忆。
如实在有不能记住的单词,可延期一天完成,最终记忆所有应记忆的单词。
做B类作业的同学,基础掌握还行,单词稍长不容易记住,让他们只做稍难单词的记忆,既帮助他们记忆的较难单词,同时又奖励他们少做了容易记忆的单词。
这些同学的积极性被调动了。
做C类题的同学,他们既受到了奖励,而且可以记忆更多的单词。
分以上三类作业,让学生完成,可以让“后进生”掌握基础知识,让“中等生”跳一跳就能摘到果子,给“优秀生”提出了挑战,不断激发学生的学习欲望。
二、朗读作业分层布置。
朗读有助于培养学生良好的英语语感和提高口语水平。
学生正值身体生长发育期间,大声的朗读有助于他们发音、听觉、呼吸等器官的生长发育,经常的、持之以恒的英语朗读有利于学生获得牢固的英语整体知识,更能培养其语感。
朗读是说的前提,只有读得通畅,才会有说得流利。
学生如能坚持经常朗读文章,到需要说的时候就能脱口而出。
朗读对口语表达有着显而易见的功效,它能培养学生讲一口标准的、流利的英语口语,不会朗读,肯定难以说出好的英语。
在朗读中提高学生的学习情趣。
孔子曰:“知之者不如好知者,好知者不如乐知者。
”可见,情趣是一种至关重要的润滑剂,而教育心理学也已证实,根据小学生的心理特征,在朗读作业中分层,让学生轻松愉快地主动接受作业,并点燃做作业的热情。
【案例】如学完一篇课文后,读课文的作业也是分层的。
A.教师画出重点句型,是要求全班会朗读。
B.除了A项作业,再找出较简单的几句,要求学生朗读。
完成B 项作业的同学是自愿报名的。
C.在B项作业的基础上,朗读全文,最好可以背诵。
学生推荐优秀生完成。
【思考】这样,极大调动了学生学习的积极性,就连后进的学生也兴味盎然读起课文,积极投入到学习中。
营造轻松愉快的课堂气氛,使每一位学生都敢于朗读、乐于朗读,教师还应努力为他们提供朗读英语的机会,给予学生及时充分的肯定和鼓励,培养学生学习英语的自信心。
通过课后的反馈情况看,全班学生对于读课文都非常感兴趣。
三、表演作业,分层布置。
兴趣是学生积极认知事物和积极参与学习活动的一种心理倾向。
故事表演是儿童最喜欢的活动,特别是中、高年级的小学生,他们知道很多有趣的童话故事,用英语去表演对他们来说是一件非常新鲜的事。
有限的英语知识局限了他们,却使他们产生了学习英语的需要。
【案例】我们学的外研社新标准英语教材,每篇课文都是一个故事,每节课我都要求孩子们分小组练习表演,每一位同学都必须参与。
在这个练习表演的过程中,就是一个完成分层作业的过程。
孩子们可以选择自己喜欢的角色,每个角色会有不同的台词,台词也会有多少之分。
因此,让孩子们根据自己的学习情况来选择自己想要扮演的角色,这样很容易调动他们学习英语的积极性。
每节课我们都会表演,有时候我们会留成家庭作业,让孩子们把自己的表演拍成视频发过来,孩子们也可以只选择一篇课文中的一个场景。
四、手抄报等实践作业分层布置手抄报类的实践作业的分层布置在我校实施的效果非常好,孩子们更喜欢做实践作业。
从刚开始三年级5班和六年级4班的分层作业到现在全校的分层作业的推广,孩子们更喜欢动手操作类的作业。
英语作业越来越多样化,体现在内容和形式更丰富多彩。
3.5班的英文新年贺卡的制作,英文调查表的制作,画出孩子们心中最美丽的地方手抄报的制作等作业,让孩子在动手操作的过程中快乐学习英语,真正体现了在做中学的教育理念。
我们举办期末优秀英语实践作业展,把优秀的作品展示出来,当孩子们看到自己的优秀作业时,会更加积极的完成英语作业,同时对这些优秀的孩子进行奖励,更能激发他们学习英语的积极性。
新课标强调以人为本,强调尊重学生的个体差异。
布置分层作业正是体现了以人为本,以学生为主题的课改理念。
也响应了以学论教,教是为了促进学的课改要求。
因此,坚持分层作业,尊重学生的个体差异,让学生快乐学习英语,体验成功的乐趣,从而在学习中不断进步,我们还要继续努力。
