Hello teachers! It's my honor to stand here and give you the speech! Today ,my topic is “never give up”.
Life will not be smooth sailing. There will always be some difficulties and setbacks ,In the face of which, how would you choose?
Here is a true story. One of my sister's classmates got polio in elementary school, which led to his handicap, but he did not lose hope in life and did not give up. Because he lost one hand, his strength was unbalanced and he often choked while swimming. He had thought about giving up, but there was a strengthen in his mind that inspired him to persevere. Intensive daily and nightly training improved the strength of the other hand to maintain balance. At the beginning ,his writing was also slower than others, so he couldn’t finish his homework. He was determined to change it, practicing everyday. The hardships were only known to her. Now he overcame all the inconvenience caused by disability. With his beautiful handwriting , He not only won the first prize in swimming competition , but also was enrolled by the ideal top school --Fuyang Middle School.
Efforts may not have the corresponding results, but efforts will makes its way. Face difficulties, never give up, continue to work hard!

这里有一个真实的故事。
我姐姐的一个同学，在小学的时候得了小儿麻痹症，这导致他的一只手残疾，但是他并没有对生活失去希望，没有放弃。
因为失去了一只手，力量是不平衡的，在他游泳的时候多次呛水。
他也曾想过放弃，可是在他心中有一股力量激励着他，告诉自己坚持。
每日每夜的强化训练增强另一只手的力量，从而保持平衡。
写字也是比别人慢的，因为这样多次作业都完成不了，他就努力练习写字，从歪歪扭扭到，整整齐齐。
其中的艰辛只有她自己知道。
他克服残疾带来的不便，努力学习，在游泳比赛中获得第一名。
通过努力也考上理想的富阳中学。
努力，未必有相应的结果，但努力过必定会留下痕迹。
