记得小时候，每次家里包饺子，那都是一场盛大的“家庭活动”。
一家人围坐在餐桌旁，有说有笑，好不热闹。
爸爸负责擀饺子皮，那擀面杖在他手里就像是被施了魔法一样，转得飞快，不一会儿，一张张又圆又薄的饺子皮就像变戏法似的出现在我们眼前。
妈妈则是包饺子的“主力选手”，她的手法娴熟极了，拿起一张饺子皮，放上馅料，手指轻轻一捏，一个漂亮的饺子就诞生了。
我和弟弟呢，就在一旁帮忙，虽然我们包的饺子奇形怪状，有的像小包子，有的像月牙儿，但我们依然乐在其中。
妈妈调的饺子馅那叫一个香！她会精心挑选新鲜的猪肉，肥瘦相间，这样吃起来既有嚼劲又不会太柴。
然后把肉细细地剁碎，再加入切碎的韭菜或者芹菜。
为了让馅料更加美味，妈妈还会打入一个鸡蛋，放入适量的盐、生抽、香油，搅拌均匀。
那味道，光是闻着就让人垂涎欲滴。
包饺子的过程也充满了乐趣。
我总是好奇地盯着妈妈的手，想要学会她的包饺子技巧。
可是，无论我怎么努力，包出来的饺子总是没有妈妈包的好看。
妈妈笑着说：“别着急，多包几次就会了。
”于是，我一遍又一遍地尝试，终于，我包出了一个像模像样的饺子，那一刻，我心里别提有多高兴了！当饺子下锅的时候，看着它们在锅里翻腾，我的心情也跟着激动起来。
不一会儿，饺子出锅了，热气腾腾的。
我迫不及待地夹起一个，轻轻咬上一口，那鲜美的汤汁瞬间在嘴里散开，馅料的香味充满了整个口腔。
那一刻，我觉得自己是世界上最幸福的孩子。
长大以后，离开了家，去了外地读书、工作。
每当想家的时候，我就会去超市买一包速冻饺子，自己煮来吃。
可是，无论这饺子的味道有多好，总觉得比不上家里包的。
因为家里包的饺子，里面包含着家人的爱和温暖。
如今，每次回家，妈妈总会为我包上一顿饺子。
