DPI610/615型便携式压力校验仪一、概述:DPI610/615是一个便携式的压力校验仪(PC)。
另外可提供指示仪型(Ⅰ)液压型(HC)。
本仪表用于对-100Kpa至2Kpa(HC)型可达40Kpa)围压力传感器及系统的校验。
使用外部压力传感器,压力围可扩展到70Kpa,精度等级为0.025%FS。
校验仪还可为外回路提供高达25MA的输出电流源,测量±50V围的直流电压和±55MA的直流电流。
提供环境温度测量功能。
DPI610/615使用6节2#碱性电池或者可充电的镍镉电池组。
外接电源/充电器作为选件提供,仪器配备RS 232通讯接口。
二、操作控制图:电信号测量输入插孔V、I和压力开关电信号输出插孔24V 10V和mA放气口力。
电路连接外部接口端:三、操作步骤:1、1) 释放阀逆时针旋转至打开状态。
2) 容积调节器顺时针旋转至极限位置,使两个接口处于导通状态,以便使工作液进入工作腔。
3) 用手泵提供动力使工作液完全充满工作腔。
4) 反方向(逆时针)旋转容积调节器至极限位置。
5) 关闭释放阀(顺时针),压力接口与仪表接通。
2、加压工作过程顺时针旋转容积调节器加压至所需压力值。
四、 键盘功能操作指南:二、输入键— INPUT 输出键—OUTPUT外部压力模块接RS232接口电源接口五、 测量1、压力变送器类 (P-I ,压力-电流)校验2、气动变送器类(P-P ,压力-压力)校验气动变送器的校验,需要一个标准压力源对被测单元提供压力,然后用外部压力模块选件对被测单元的压力输出信号进行测量。
将被测单元连接到校验仪上, 并将 外部压力模块选件与校 验仪连接。
注:如果要将外部压力模块作为输出,部压力作为输入,则采用ADVANCE (高级)模式的设置。
3、压力传感器类(P-V ,压力-电压)校验 从任务菜单中选择P-V 任务,将被测单元连接到校验仪上。
电源电压为10V 、输出为± 10V 的传感器也可被校验,将校验仪的10V 输出激励传 感器,将传感器的输出与校 验仪的电压测量端连接。

PI 外部压力源(仅指示仪型需要) 压力调节器 max 50VCAT IIVinmA inmax55 mA+ + -4、电流压力转换器类(I-P)校验采用向上和向下光标键将回路电流调节到所需要的数值.或者按下ENTER(确认键)输入一个有限值,然后用光标键对这数值进行向上或向下的修正压力模块的参数,如需要,用INPUT键改变压力单位.5、压力开关测试(P-SWITCH)✧显示屏会显示压力开关触电的状态.触电闭合时会发出蜂鸣声.✧要进行压力开关测试,关闭释放阀,按RUN(F1)键.✧操作手泵,将压力增加到接近压力开关动作点.调节容积调节器直到压力开关动作为止.显示屏会显示开关动作时的压力值.✧降低压力值到压力开关再动作(由开关符号表现出来),再动作压力值就在显示屏上,压力回差值也会立即显示出来.6、开关接触电阻测量要进行开关接触电阻测试,选择P-SWITCH(压力-开关)模式并按下列步骤进行:为确保测量精度,建议在测试前先清零。
注:测量电阻时应使触点闭合的时间足够长,以保证电阻值稳定。
开关测试如前一节方法相似,另外接触电阻被测量出来与结果同时显示。
7、压力指示类(P-DISPLAY,压力-指示)校验压力-指示的校验是数据文件存储的特殊应用。
仪表的连接如下图所示:○按TASK并选定P-DISPLAY功能。
如需要,按下OUTPUT键改变压力单位。
○注:在TRIGGER(触发状态)处,自动的被设定到KEYPRESS(按键状态),不能改变。
○输出一系列压力值到被测单元上,并将压力表的每一个显示读数键入,组成校验数据表。
8、泄露测试(LEAK TEST)○如果需要,按下OUTPUT键改变压力单位。
○设定泄露测试的WAIT(等待时间)和DURATION(间隔时间)到需要的数值。
最少等待时间建议为3分钟。
○关紧释放阀,对外部系统加压到需要的泄露测试LEAK TEST压力值。
○按RUN(运行)F2键开始泄露测试,完成时,蜂鸣器发出声音,显示屏显示泄露测试的结果。
9、释放阀(安全阀)测试(REL VALVE)按TASK键,选定REL VALVE(释放阀)项,校验仪压力输出端与外系统的连接如下图所示:○如果需要改变压力单位,可按INPUT键并选择(用光标键)所需要的单位。
○如果需要的话,可以打开24伏接电源,按OUTPUT键,选定24 VOLT并用右光标键选定为ON,按ENTER键确定。
○关闭泄放阀,用手动泵或外接压力源加压力到被测释放阀上。
○当释放阀动作时,所记录的最大压力即为该释放阀的动作点压力值。
(压力表)注:可以使用存储键STORE进行结果记录。
○打开泄放阀以释放试验压力。
注:如果使用外接压力源,则应先隔离外接压力源后再打开放空阀。
六、技术指标:校验仪的最大量程围,使用时不得超出此围.注2:对外部回路供电的最大电压=30V DC静压3.5Mpa),G=表压,SG=密封表压。
精度为非线性、迟滞和重复性误差之综合值;过载压力:满量程2倍(2Mpa,20Mpa,40Mpa,70Mpa的过载压力分别为3.5Mpa,35Mpa,60Mpa,100Mpa)。
七、注意事项:1、在加压前,检验一下设备及固定部件防止损坏,确信所有设备符合正确的耐压性比值。
2、不要超出最大工作压力,(仪器最大工作压力在开启电源启动时在屏幕上显示。
3、使用校验仪要保持绝对干净。
当连接仪表的管路有污染时,会造成机件的损坏。
液压型校验仪补充1、概述液压型的DPI 610/615校验仪提供手动产生(液压)压力源,压力源由螺旋调压器、压力泵和隔离阀组成,如下图所示,导压管也在图中表示出来。
压力介质可以是软化水注:仅使用所推荐的压力介质液体,不要使用混合型液体电信号测量输入插孔V、I和压力开关电信号输出插孔24V 10V和mA介质液体引入端液压型连接示意图2、使用前的准备·如图A1所示,将导压管连接到校验仪的端口上。
·确保螺旋调压器顺时针旋到底。
·确保隔离阀逆时针开到底。
·将被测设备或系统通过压力端口与校验仪连接,连接处须密封。
3、注意事项1、液压介质可能有害。
遵照有关健康防护规定,要求具有适当的保护用品及护目镜。
2、在加压前,检验一下设备及固定部件防止损坏,确信所有设备符合正确的耐压性比值。
3、不要超出最大工作压力,(仪器最大工作压力在开启电源启动时在屏幕上显示)。
4、确保外接设备或系统的导压连接管可以经受所加的压力值,保证安全。
注意:使用校验仪要保持决定干净。
当连接仪表的管路有污染时,会造成机件的损坏。
建议外接过滤器以避免仪表被污染。
注:外接设备必须配备放空导管。
和mA质液体4、介质灌充和排气在进行任何校验工作之前,必须对液压系统进行排除管路空气和灌充液压介质,在下述操作中,要准备为压力介质(液体)的溢出,提供合适的容器,以收集溢出的介质液体。
1、按第2条使用前的准备做好操作准备。
2、在合适的容器中灌入介质液体,通过连接管引入校验仪的液体引入端。
3、打开被校验仪气端的防空阀,使其处于测试状态。
如果可能,安装一导流管至一个方向同介质液体的盛器中。
4、 用手动泵将介质液体泵入校验仪及所连接的管路系统,监视介质液体,确保出液导管液体流出并使导管口沉入容器液位以下,不要使导管口处于大气中。
需要时使容器中介质液为足够高。
5、 继续用泵加压,直到从导压口溢出的只有压力介质液体而没有气泡为止。
6、 将手泵推到最底部,关闭放空阀。
以逆时针方向缓缓地将螺旋调压器完全旋出,使其吸入并充满压力介质液体(大约7cc )。
7、 打开校验仪电源,继续用手动泵将系统加压至大约200kPa 。
8、 关闭隔离阀,拆除介质引入连接头。
5、操作要得到压力读数,步骤如下:1、打开校验仪电源,选定所需要的TASK (任务)。
2、顺时针旋转螺旋调压器以增加工作压力。
注:当介质液体被压缩时,流动摩擦会使温度上升从而影响压力。
请留足够时间使这一压力读数稳定后,在进行数据读出和登录。
1、测试结束后,逆时针旋转螺旋调压器将系统压力降到零。
在系统连接管路拆卸之前,把隔离阀打开,将多余压力释放。
2、 拆除连接管路,将校验仪的压力端口用闷头封好。
将仪器外表的任何益处介质液体擦拭干净。
6、抽出压力介质液体从校验仪中抽出介质液体,步骤如下:1、逆时针旋足隔离阀,将校验仪向左侧倾斜,放妥液体收集介质液体。
2、轻轻旋转螺旋调压器,抽动手动泵将仪器中留存的介质液体排干净。
3、如果必要的话,再导入端口接上空气管以便将仪器留存液体排尽、冲洗、补充或更换介质液体。
7、压力介质的冲洗、补充和更换在必要时,清除污物,充灌系统介质液步骤如下:1、按图所示,在导入端口和压力端口连接上导管组件及盛器。
2、在导入端口盛器中充入合适类型的新鲜介质液,利 基本测试设置入校验仪,直到新鲜介质液不含气泡地从导压端口溢出,将基础的污染介质液丢弃。
3、导压端口导管组件拆去,4、防止再被污染,装上闷头。
5、关闭隔离阀,将导管组件6、从导入端口拆去。
7、将仪表外表面任何有污等清洁干净。
便携式微压校验仪1、概述DPI 610/615LP便携式微压校验仪可以用手动和泵两种方式产生气压。
对于小容积系统或装置,测试压力由两个步骤的容积调节产生,即粗调和微调,如图所示。
对于大容积系统或装置,一个外部的手动操作的气泵用于产生所需要的正向气压或负压。
校验仪的输出压力被部限制在满量程的120%。
如果压力超载时间为1秒钟左右时,校验仪部的阀门即会开启,与正压和负压端口直接连接,释放超载压力。
当压力回到工作方位时,阀门自动关闭,以表恢复正常工作。
校验仪的压力围为±250Pa,±1.25kPa,±7.5kPa,±15kPa。
DPI 610/615 LP便携式微压校验仪2、使用(小容积系统)➢使用TASK(任务)键将校验仪设置在所需的测试方式,如P-DISPLAY(压力-显示)。
如要记录测试其他任务的数据,根据要求将校验仪设置在Datalog(数据记录)或Snapshot快摄。
➢图下所示,将合适的密封连接件装在正压端(+)和负压端(-)。
