甲方按照研究所有关规定在合同期内对乙方进行管理。

8.乙方的义务:1)遵守中国的法律、法规,不干预中国的
内部事务。

2)遵守甲方的工作制度和中国有关外国专家的管理规定,接受甲方
的工作安排、业务指导、检查和评估。

未经甲方书面同意,不得在甲方以外的其他
单位兼职。

3)认真开展本合同所约定的研究工作,保证科研工作质量。

4)
尊重中国的宗教政策。

5)遵守中国相关技术和科研保密规定,不从事与访问学者身份不符的活动。

6)尊重中国人民的道德规范和风俗习惯。

9•乙方在其受聘期科研工作基础上所产生的科研成果所有权归甲方,并享受甲方有关科研成果的奖励。

访问期间取得的论文、专著、专利等科研成果均应标注受中国科学院
外籍青年访问学者奖学金计划资助”详细约定见科研成果归属协议附件10.乙方在聘期内享受中国官方假期。

另外,可根据乙方本国特有的节日,享受累计不超过5日的特殊假期。

11.乙方请假须向甲方提交书面申请,病假需凭医院证明。

假期在10日以内薪金照发。

乙方因病不能继续本合同规定的工作时,双方可通过协商解除聘用关系。

12.合同的变更、解除和终止:1)双方应信守合同,未经双方一致同意,任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。

2)经当事人双方协商同意后,可以变更、解除和终止合同。

在未达成一致意见前,仍要严格履行合同。

3)甲方在下述条件下,有权以书面形式通知乙方解除合同:i.乙方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合约定内容,经甲方指出并协商后仍不改正的;ii.根据医生诊断,乙方在病假连续30天后不能恢复正常工作的;4)乙方在下述情况
下,有权以书面形式通知甲方解除合同:i.甲方未按合同约定提供乙方
必要的工作和生活条件;ii.甲方未按时支付乙方报酬。

13.当事人一方不履行合
同或者履行合同义务不符合约定内容,即视为违约。

违约方应当向另一方支付美元
的违约金。

乙方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同,需出具有关机构证明,经甲方同意后,离华的费用自理;乙方若无故解除合同,除离华费用自理外,还应当向甲方支付违约金。

甲方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同,经乙方同意后,离华费用由甲方负担;甲方若无故解除合同,除负担乙方离华费用外,还应当向乙方支付违约金。
