各国汽车用钢牌号分类对比一、美国钢铁标准化机构简介美国有多家学会、协会从事钢铁标准化工作，涉及钢铁材料标准的标准化机构，主要有：AISI-------美国钢铁学会。

ACI-------美国合金铸造学会。

ANSI------美国国家标准学会。

ASTM------美国材料与试验协会。

SAE-------美国汽车工程协会。

ASME------美国机械工程协会。

AWS-------美国焊接学会。

UNS（UNS系统简介）是金属与合金牌号统一数字体系的简称。

它是由ASTM E507和SAE JI1086等技术标准推荐使用的。

ANSI标准广泛用于整个工业，但该学会本身不制定标准，只是从其他标准化机构中选取一部分标准发布为国家标准，其标准号采用双编号ANSI/ASTM，牌号是采用另一编号标准中的牌号。

美国材料与试验协会（ASTM）标准广泛用于钢铁材料，它的特点是能够代表标准制定部门、钢铁企业和用户三方协商一致的意见，因此被广泛使用。

补充：它们的成分可能会有微小的差异，但性能差别不大，所以可以不作区别。

ASTM标准钢铁牌号表示方法简介1. 结构钢牌号表示方法结构钢大多数表示方法符合SAE(美国车工程协会)系统的规定，也是用四位数字表示牌号。

前两位数字表示钢的类别，后两位数字表示钢中平均碳的质量分数×104。

（1）碳素结构钢棒材 1005～1095 共 49 个牌号， 10 代表碳素钢。

（2）较高锰含量碳素钢棒材 1513～1572 共 16 个牌号，15 代表较高锰含量碳素钢。

（3）易切削结构钢 1108～1151 ， 1211～1215 和 12L13～12L15 共 23 个牌号。

11 表示硫系易切削结构钢， 12 表示硫磷复合易切削结构钢， 12L 表示铅硫复合易切削结构钢。

（4）合金结构钢 1330～E9310 和硼钢 50B44～94B30 共 90 个牌号。

牌号前两位数字的代表钢类均符合 SAE 系统规定。

美国政府的三个部（商务部、陆军部、海军部）也参与了该委员会的筹备工作。

1928年，AESC改组为美国标准协会（ASA）.1966年8月，又改组为美利坚合众国标准学会（USASI）。

1969年10月6日改成现名：美国国家标准学会（ANSI）ASTM标准历史回顾ASTM系美国材料与试验协会的英文缩写，其英文全称为American Society for Testing and Materials。

该技术协会成立于1898年，已有100多年的历史。

ASTM前身是国际材料试验协会（IATM，International Association for Testing Materials）。

19世纪80年代，为解决采购商与供货商在购销工业材料过程中产生的意见和分歧，有人提出建立技术委员会制度，由技术委员会组织各方面的代表参加技术座谈会，讨论解决有关材料规范、试验程序等方面的争议问题。

IATM首次会议于1882年在欧洲召开，会上组成了工作委员会。

当时，主要是研究解决钢铁和其它材料的试验方法问题。

同时，国际材料试验协会还鼓励各国组织分会。

随后，在1898年6月16日，有70名IATM会员聚集在美国费城，开会成立国际材料试验协会美国分会。

1902年在国际材料试验协会分会第五届年会上，宣告美国分会正式独立，取名为美国材料试验学会（American Society for Testing Materials）。

螺丝相关标准

默认分类】螺丝相关标准(2008-9-12 11:27:57)标准就是规范，每个国家和部门都有自己的标准。

目前，我们在平时的业务中最常用到的标准有以下几种：GB—中国国家标准（国标）ANSI—美国国家标准（美标）DIN—德国国家标准（德标）ASME—美国机械工程师协会标准JIS—日本国家标准（日标）BSW—英国国家标准GB—国家标准是我国众多标准中的一种，另外还有行业标准，专业标准和部门标准等。

国家标准又分：GB（强制性标准）和GB/T（推荐性标准）以及GB n（国家内部标准）等。

我们平常看到的像GB30，GB5783等等都是强制性的标准。

以上几种标准除了一些基本尺寸如头部对边、头部厚度等的不同以外，最主要的是螺纹部分的不同。

GB、DIN、JIS等的螺纹都有是以MM（毫米）为单位，统称为公制螺纹。

另像ANSI、ASME等的螺纹是以英寸为单位的称为美标螺纹。

除了公制螺纹和美制螺纹外还有一种BSW—英制标准,其螺纹也是以英寸为单位，俗称惠氏螺纹。

公制螺纹是以MM（毫米）为单位，它的牙尖角为60度。

美制螺纹和英制螺纹都是以英寸为单位的。

美制螺纹的牙尖角也是60度，而英制螺纹的牙尖角为55度。

由于计量单位的不同，导致了各种螺纹的表示方法也不尽相同。

例如像M16-2X60表示的就是公制的螺纹。

他的具体意思是表示该螺丝的公称直径为16MM，牙距为2MM，长度为60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表示的就是英制的螺纹，他的具体意思是该螺丝的公称直径为1/4英寸（一英寸=25.4MM），在一英寸上有20个牙，长度为3/4英寸。

另外要表示美制螺丝的话一般会在表示英制螺丝的后面加上UNC以及UNF，以此来区别是美制粗牙或是美制细牙。

在平时的内销业务中，我们最常遇到的标准是GB（国标）和DIN（德标）。

在非标生产品方面，主要会接触到以下几种标准：GB30；GB5783；GB57 82；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。

美国标准ANSI、ASTM、SAE简介

美国标准ANSI、ASTM、SAE简介十九世纪美国就已成立了众多的行业性标准化组织，在此基础上于1969年正式成立美国国家标准学会ANSI(American National Standards Institute)，ANAI也是美国国家标准的代号。

美国国家标准学会本身很少制订标准，它从事全国范围内的标准协调、情报交流和审批美国标准等工作，对外代表美国参加ISO、IEC的活动，同时它把各个专业团体制订的标准中对全国具有重要意义的部分审核提升为美国国家标准并在原专业标准号前面冠以ANSI标准代号。

美国材料试验协分ASTM(American Society for Testing and Matecial)是美国最老、最大的学术团体之一，成立于1898年，它是一个非政府的、非营利性的组织。

目前它已发展为一个国际性的机构，成为世界最大的标准团体之一。

它拥有35000多位会员，其中有5000名以上会员是来自世界各国的。

ASTM的专业范围很广，包括机械制造业、土要建筑、公路建设、冶金工业、化学工业、核能等多种领域生产中所使用材料的标准化。

其中，主要从事工业材料性能的研究、材料标准化，并制订技术条件和试验方法。

ASTM在美国国家标准ANSI中占有重要位置，现行ANSI中约有半数来自ASTM标准。

钢铁产品方面全部采用ASTM标准。

ASTM标准制订是通过所设置的130多个技术委员会进行的。

制订过程保持最大透明度，即从标准制定计划开始至草案形成、会议讨论、审查发布均属公开活动，并充分考虑与标准有关的各行业侃人员的意见，同时在投票中要求代表消费方(用户、最终消费者及感兴趣成员)的总数应等于或超过代表生产商总数以保证消费者利益。

ASTM所制定的标准为自愿性标准，只是由于采用这些标准会带来效益才促使人们采用它们，但是在美国也有相当数量的ASTM标准由于政府的规范指定而在一定范围内成为强制性标准。

ASTM标准复审期限为5年。

美国钢铁产品牌号表示方法

美国钢铁产品牌号表示方法美国钢铁产品的标准比较多，主要有以下几种：ANSI美国国家标准AISI 美国钢铁学会标准ASTM美国材料与试验协会标准ASME美国机械工程师协会标准AMS航天材料规格（美国航空工业最常用的一种材料规格，由SAE制定）API美国石油学会标准AWS美国焊接协会标准SAE美国机动车工程师协会标准MIL美国军用标准QQ美国联邦政府标准对上述标准难以一一介绍他们的牌号表示方法。

本书只对使用比较广泛的ANSI，ASTM，S AE和AISI几种标准的牌号表示方法，作重点介绍。

(一) ANSI（美国国家标准）牌号表示方法1.标准代号＋字母类号＋序号＋颁布年份如：ANSI A58.1?19822.标准代号＋断开号＋原专业标准号＋序号＋颁布年份如：ANSI/UL 560-19803.如果某个ANSI标准在内容上有补充，其补充件的表示方法是在原标准序号的后面加一英文小写字母。

a表示第一次补充，b表示第二次补充。

如：ANSI Z21.17-1979家用煤气转换燃烧器。

ANSI Z21.17a-1981家用煤气转换燃烧器第一次补充件4.对于经过复审，被重新确认为继续有效的ANSI标准，一般在该标准号后面注确认年份。

如：ANSI B27.6-1972（R 1983），表示1972年的ANSI B27.6标准在1983年复审后，重新确认有效，其内容毫无变化。

5.ANSI标准的分类ANSI标准采用字母和数字混合分类法。

其中，字母表示大类，数字表示小类。

如：B —机械，B1—螺纹。

因为它是测试和材料协会。

ASTM 材料标准与ASME材料标准的区别
ASTM材料标准是美国材料与试验协会制定的标准，而ASME是美国机械工程师协会的标准；ASTM材料经ASME认可可用于承压设备后就成为ASME材料，ASME材料标准大部分都是引用ASTM的。

ASME标准中的材料以SA打头，而ASTM标准中的材料以A打头。

在ASME标准上都有明确的说明是否与ASTM等同。

另外，ASME的材料要比ASTM的材料检验项目多，毕竟ASME材料用于承压设备的。
