Module 3 Places and activitiesUnit 1 My school单元教材分析本课选自牛津英语5a 第三模块,本单元以学生熟悉的生活空间——学校为主题展开交际。
在3a和4a中学生了解了学校的简单结构模式以及各功能室,本单元的主要教学内容是用there be等句型自己的学校教学楼的具体情况,这些都是学生感兴趣的话题。
因此在教学中,要结合学生的实际情况,激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生主动参与,体验获得知识的快乐。
学情分析五年级的学生已经具备较扎实的英语基础知识和较强的语言技能学习能力模仿、记忆能力较强;本课教学内容直接贴入学生生活实际,学生有一定的生活经验,我所带两个班的学生活泼好动,爱玩,爱与人交流,有很强的自我意识,具有较强的接受能力;有的学生能掌握科学有效的学习策略,比如:自己能独立预习、查找资料、利用工具书等。
单元教学目标根据《课标》二级读写教学要求及本单元在教材中的作用和学生学习情况,确定教学目标为:1、知识与技能目标能够听、说、认读tram等8个单词,正确书写6个;能用How do you go to school?提问同伴上学方式并正确表达自己的上学方式;能用“How many ...are there?”提问物品的数量,并能用There be做出正确回答;能灵活运用There is/are...介绍自己的学校情况。
2、情感态度与文化目标积极参与活动,敢于用英语介绍自己的学校情况;培养集体精神;乐于了解异国文化,知道在英国the first floor指第二层。
3、学习策略目标积极与他人合作,查找资料预习,善于利用图画理解语言。

2.教授学生如何从课文中抓住重点信息,并且可以通过Look and read 帮助学生说出学校的现在与将来。
3. 通过Do a survey栏目的调查活动,帮助学生复习巩固本单元核心句型。
4. 通过学习任务Think and write的书写任务,帮助学生进一步巩固和运用一般将来时,训练书面表达能力。
5.帮助学生了解字母m,n和字母组合ng,n(k),n(g)在单词中的发音。
学情分析我班仅有20名农村孩子,他们对英语的学习有着浓厚的兴趣,但是班级中两极分化现象严重,很多孩子没有基础,可这也不能改变他们对英语的追求和向往。
所以本节课的重点还是在于充分调动他们的学习积极性,打开孩子的思路和想象,让其畅所欲言。
重点难点1.核心词汇及其在语境中的正确运用。
2.学生能用一般将来时表达将要发生的事情和对未来的愿望。

Language and skill:Students can listen、read and recognize the words about traffic means and places of the school.Students can express how they go to school and use there be structure to express the facts.功能目标:1.能够用所学句型Let’s go to…邀请别人外出。
2.能够用所学句型How do we… go… ? Shall we go… by… ?与同伴商量外出的交通形式。
3.能够用所学句型How do you go to… ?了解他人上学,上班等外出交通方式。
Emotional aim:Students will have a good understanding of our school.They can describe our school in English and make them lo ve their school and English.Students can ask ‘how’ questions to find out the quant ity.情感目标:1.通过本课学习培养学生与人交往,合作精神。
2.通过在不同地点,情况下运用不同的交通方式,培养学生的生活能力。
3.本课的学习要和学生的生活实际相结合,在学完本课以后,学生对周围的公共场所,交通状况有更多的了解。

]Sing a song :Our School Will Shine Today教学反思本模块教材主要围绕“places and activities” Unit 1 A da y at school这个话题展开学习。
首先学习上学的几种交通方式,复习用第一人称讲述第三人称复述,再通过look and read 以及ask and answer 部分学习单词和句型和How do you go to…?句型。
由于它是本课的难点也是全书的重点,所以先放在第一课时重点介绍也为下一步的阅读课做了铺垫,同时也是对第一课时的巩固强化。
在教学本模块课文的时候,我觉得有以下几点成功之处:1.充分利用情境教学法,利用图画等手段将语言知识置入一定的情景中,让学生在不知不觉中学到了知识。
2.充分调动学生的积极性,使学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好。
利用表演的形式,不仅让学生对所学知识进行巩固强化,同时注入竞争机制,让学生体验成功的喜悦。
3.注重提高学生的阅读技能呈现单词后,直接将孩子们推向课文,让阅读前中后各个阶段都设计不同形式的教学活动帮助学生理解文章内容,学以致用并达到自然生成和内化。
