我曾接到一位家长的“投诉”，反映自己孩子的水杯被高年级同学踢坏。
孩子受欺负，家长很生气，语气很强硬，再三强调杯子价格不菲，要求学校积极调查，给自己一个满意的答复。
凭直觉，这件事情不太好处理，便责成有关同志立即展开调查。
他们找到两个班级的班主任了情况并反映：“受害”的学生有点特殊，家长曾跟班主任说：“不要有事儿没事儿老烦我”。
孩子可能存在一定的问题，老师可能找家长沟通过几次，但家长不太配合。
这种情况下，问题一般比较难处理。
无奈之下，我们通过红领巾广播站播发了这条消息。
事件无果，我又接到了这位家长的电话：“你们的学生都是土匪吗？吓得我的孩子都不敢上学了。
你一定要给我一个明确的答复！”我一听，火气一下就上来了，干副校长七八年了，还从没有碰到过如此蛮横的家长！强压着火气我跟他说解释：我们一直在努力，由于你的孩子认不出“肇事者”，给学校造成困难。
他撂下一句话：“下周一定要给我答复！”
“死猪不怕开水烫”，没学生承认，我认了！我告诉家长：此事调查没有结果，我约你面谈！
家长如约而至。
“来的都是客”，尽管我十分不快，还得笑脸相迎，主动握手寒暄，让到沙发上，倒上热茶水。
开门见山，我占先机：首先，代表学校由于这件事给你和孩子造成的麻烦和“伤害”

也许是我的真诚打动了家长，他表现的没有那么“蛮横”，平心静气地告诉我：他咨询过律师，此事学校负有不可推卸的管理责任；自己前几次不太冷静，希望我能见谅；要求学校赔偿自己一个水杯；如果得不到赔偿，他保留继续申诉的权力。
我就此事的来龙去脉向班子会作了汇报，班子形成共同意见：学校赔偿水杯一个。
我第一时间通知了家长，他很爽快，领到“赔偿”后写了一张收到条，特别注明“非常感谢学校领导”。
他同时向我敞开了心扉，谈到自己的孩子，谈到自己的家庭，谈到自己的单位，谈了很多教育问题，也谈了很多社会现象。
他对教育的了解大多是通过网络、电视等媒体，本以为教育是一方净土，谁知教育受社会影响也很严重，与自己理想中的教育存在很大差距。
离开时他再三向我表示感谢。

案例中踢坏杯子事件，是一种典型的“凌弱”行为，这种行为是一种社会现象——“有人群的地方就会存在”。
学校为了调查“元凶”颇费周折，但最终没有结果。
面对这种情况，可以继续查下去，早晚查出来，严肃处理，杀一儆百，以儆效尤；也可以保持教育的宽容。
我们通过正面引导，宣传教育，让犯错误的学生在自己内心深处知道自己的行为给别人造成了伤害，促使其自我教育，自我完善人格。
从某种意义上说，宽容就是最好的教育。
学校不是警察局，教师不是公安，还有比“抓小偷”更重要的事情。
三、教师的爱心须臾不可或缺
我曾看过特教学生的跑操，那叫一个“歪”！特教的校长曾对我说：“智障班的孩子眉毛都长得特别好看，既黑又浓，非常整齐。
”真是“母不嫌子丑”，孩子都智障到这个程度了，在校长眼里还有过人之处。
我们整天面对的是正常孩子，这些孩子如果在特教老师看来肯定个个都是“神童”，为什么到我们这里却有这么多缺点，甚至有点儿“傻”呢？是孩子傻，还是我们缺乏耐心和爱心？不用说他们不傻，就是真的有点傻，我们也应该不歧视、不抛弃、不放弃。
“咬定青山不放松，不信东风唤不回”！
四、家校沟通的底色是真诚
家庭与学校，家长和老师的关系是单纯的，因为有孩子这条纽带在维系，孩子是纯洁的。
教育是心灵对心灵的培育，情感对情感的熏陶，真诚对真诚的话语。
教育者的真诚必然培养出真诚的学生，而真诚是可以传导的，能由学生传递给家长，真诚是家校沟通的底色。
作为教师对学生付出真诚很重要，如何让家长感受到这份真诚也很重要。
老师，请伸出你的手，一手写满真诚，一手写满热情，一手拉起学生，一手拉起家长，惟其如此，才能建立起真实平等的家校关系。
对学生来说，家庭和学校永远是他们最重要的成长平台。
