工程合同段落翻译及参考答案.建设工程合同是施工合同的一种，由发包人和承包人签订。

主要是约定各承包人完成一个工程项目的工作内容及工程量。

发包人对自己发出的工程指令，具有法律上的约束力。

.承包人应在收到发包人发出的工程指令后，按照发包人提供的施工图纸、技术标准和有关规定进行施工。

.除此项以外，任何单位和个人不得以任何理由向承包人提出不合理要求或者拖延工期。
