你们好! 随着时间的流逝，孩子们在渐渐地长大，一转眼，他们已经是六年级的学生了。
小学六年级，是学生在小学学习生活中最后一个阶段，是学生终生学习的一个中转站，对学生的一生具有重要的意义；同时，小学六年级，也是小学与初中的接轨点，学生素质的高低，成绩的好坏，即将面临到一个新的环境中受到一个新的挑战、新的评价。
我们应该认识到，六年级是小学至关重要的一个阶段。
俗话说，好的开端是成功的一半。
今天我们聚在一起，是为了相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便老师能够及时调整工作、提高教育教学质量，家长能够更好教育自己的子女做人与成材。
总之我们的目标是一致的，那就是：“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切！”
一、我先说说学生情况，我把学生分成三类：
一类同学，学习习惯相当好，学习积极主动，上课专心听讲，作业专注、书写认真，所以作业完成的速度快，正确率高，回答问题思路清晰。
第二类学生是自觉性相对差一点，作业能及时完成，上课偶尔注意力不集中，经常会出现这样或那样的小毛病。
第三类学生是学习习惯差，作业能主动完成，但是书写潦潦草草，错题一大堆。
讲评过的题，既不更正，也不做相应的笔记。
二、我认为家长在子女的学习管理上也有很大差异，大致也分为三类：
一类家长是把时间和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都过问孩子的学习情况，而且能亲自检查，对孩子的要求很严格，孩子在学习上的每次浮动都牵动家长的心，都能引起家长足够的重视。
第二类家长也是占大多数的家长，是每天也都过问孩子的作业情况。
如“作业做完了吗？单词背了吗？”这类家长也只是停留在问的层面上，偶尔能看看孩子的作业情况。
得到孩子的回答也大多是“完成了。
”孩子到底完成的质量怎么样，家长心里没数。
第三类家长是不懂英语的。
而且上班忙，下班太晚，没时间过问的孩子的学习情况。
我想跟家长们重点说说用实际行动，真心关心孩子的学习。
平时多了解孩子的作业和测验情况，重要的是要把作业和测
验打开亲自看一看,不能一问了之。
我也知道，我们班大部分家长都非常的认真负责。
要知道，细心正是一种很重要的良好学习品质，一味地以一种完成任务的态度对待学习也是有害无益的。
所以平时做作业时，作为家长一旦发现作业的质量不高，一定要让他重新做好。
在家这么一抓，学校再来一抓，他没有任何可以放松的机会，良好的品质就容易养成。
并且还能有效地杜绝抄袭。
我对学生学习英语的要求有：
1、每天坚持回去巩固英语。
2、坚持背好每个单元所学的英语单词和词组，及时订正英语默写。
3、坚持及时完成一起作业，有余力的同学可以再自己给自己找一些习题。
4、掌握好这个学期所学的时态。
5、按要求完成英语作业，有错误的地方要及时更正作业中的错误。
6、上课讲评练习题或试卷的时候，有错误的地方要及时更正，课后要多复习，这样就可以有效避免再犯同样的错误，试卷需要家长签字。
7、有时间多找一些短文来阅读，提高自己的阅读理解能力。
8、找一些作文范文来读，每个单元的作文要认真去写，每天可以写几句日记，借此提高自己的写作能力。
