一定要使用由我公司提供指定的电池和电源。

连接不适当的电源可能造成火灾、爆炸或损坏打印机。

不要把电池放在火里或水,不要拆开或修改电池,不要短路,否则可能导致伤害或火灾甚至爆炸。

如果打印机不常使用,一定要去下电池,否则电池可能泄漏腐蚀性液体,如果操作不当导致电池泄漏,并且液体是溅在皮肤或衣服,请立即以清水冲洗干净,如果溅的眼睛,请与水清洗彻底或者看医生。

当打印机工作中或者刚刚打印结束请不要打开机器上盖,不要用手触摸打印头或打印机机身,过热可能导致烫伤。

注意事项1、不要在高温、湿度大以及污染严重的地方使用和储存打印机。

2.、锂电池有一个特性,如果几个月不使用,它可能不能充电。

3、将打印机的电源适配器连接到一个适当的接地插座上，避免与大型电机或者其它能够导致电源电压波动的设备使用同一个插座。

4、避免水或导电的物质（如：金属）进入打印机内部，一旦发生，应立即关闭电源。

5、打印机不得在无纸的状态下打印,否则将严重损害打印胶辊和热敏打印头。

6、用户不得擅自拆卸打印机进行检修或改造。

打码机培训手册一．打码票据分类1．直接打码的票据—如支票，本票等。

2.以专用白口袋打码提出的票据—如银行汇票,支票退票等3.以计数单打码提出的票据—如向一个提入行提出多笔跨行转汇凭证等。

二．打印磁码票据的磁码内容1.提出票据打印磁码内容（从左往右）（1）票据号———6位（取支票号后6位）（2）提入行行号------9位（输入时输入8位清算号，第九位校验位由打码机自动生成）（3）账号----14位输入开户单位的账号（4）交易码----2位交易代号如下：借方票据：00-支票 01-汇票 02-本票 04-同城特约委托收款 08-其他 09-退票 19-网络退票贷方票据：50-进账单 52-信汇 53-税款 55跨行转汇58-其他 59-退票（5）金额----11位(末尾2位为角分，角分为‘00’时，不可免打)2.批控卡，提出卡打印磁码内容（1）提出行行号---9位（2）标识----6位（批控卡为888888，提出卡为999999）（3）借方金额----14位（借方总计金额）（4）计数器----10位分为三部分，前两位为第几批，中间4位为借方票据笔数，最后4位为贷方票据笔数（5）贷方金额-----14位（贷方总计金额）三．日常操作流程：提出票据↓↓↓↓四．1181、1186、2181打码机各项功能使用1 开机准备1.操作员号:(3位,001—999),必须输入且输入数据满三位。

2.日期：输入当天日期，日期格式为：（YYMMDD）YY为年号后两位；MM为月份，DD为日，不足两位的前面补零。

（1）如果批量数据未清除，提示“CLEAR BATCHR EGS”。

（2）总量未清除，提示“CLEAR CLO NO.”。

（3）发行记录未清除，提示“CLEAR ISSUED NO.”。

以上错误的清除参照《业务清除》一章3.场次：午场输1，晚场输24.最大计数:输入每批最大笔数,输入200。

5.行号:输入本行行号(8位),省略输入时同上次。

使用注意事项
首次使用打印机前需先充电 24 小时，如果电池长期存放后使用，同样需充电 24 小时，并且在第一次电量消耗完后，再进行第二次充电，如此反复几次后，电池将达到最佳使用效果。如果长时间存放打印机，请务必取出打印机中的电池单独存放，否则可能导致电池失效、甚至漏液，进而损坏打印机。 -3-

3.1.1 电池安装
1、将打印机倒置，打开电池仓盖； 2、如图所示，将电池放入电池仓，注意不要将电池正负极装反； 3、然后合上电池仓盖。

3.1.2 打印纸卷安装
1、用手指捏住纸仓盖两端，稍许用力打开纸仓盖； 2、如图将纸卷放入纸仓，注意纸的方向，如果放反，将导致无法打印； 3、 4、如图拉出部分纸卷，注意要将纸卷拉出纸仓外；将纸卷摆正后，合上纸仓盖。

2.4 其他性能
装纸方式：蛤壳式装纸（装纸方法详见 3.1.2 打印纸卷安装）；黑标定位：有（详见 4.2 预印刷黑标说明）；纸尽检测：当纸用尽时打印机功能指示灯会变红，同时会三声鸣响；打印控制指令：ESC/POS 兼容指令集（详见《VMP02 便携式微型打印机开发手册》，该手册可向您的供应商索取。）；供电方式：650mAh 可充电镍氢电池；电量报警：当充电电池电量将消耗完时，打印机的功能指示灯变红并且闪烁，同时会发出两声短促的鸣响，并且如果用户没有充电，会间隔发出一声鸣响以提示用户充电；自动休眠：如果打印机在 3 秒之内没有接收打印数据或按键。打印机将进入省电的休眠模式，休眠时打印机的功能指示灯会闪烁，休眠期间如果按键或打印机接收到打印数据即被自动唤醒；充电：快速充电，1.5～2 小时即可充满；一次充电可打印长度： 12.5％打印密度下 40~60 米， 25％打印密度下 20~30 米。本参数仅做参考，电池在使用很久之后，可能导致容量下降，不能确保打印时间。 -7-

打印方式：行式热敏；打印纸宽：58 -1 mm；打印宽度：48mm；分辨率：8 点/mm（203dpi）；每行点数：384 点；打印速度：50mm/s（MAX）；纸张厚度：60～100μ m；可打印内容：汉字（可打印 GBK 标准所有汉字，支持 GBK、 BIG5 和 UNICODE 编码、有关 GBK 标准请参阅《GBK 汉字内码扩展规范》）， ASCII 字符，全宽自定义字符若干，半宽自定义字符若干，条码 CODE39、 EAN13、 EAN8、 CODABAR、CODE93、ITF、CODE128，图形。

注意事项
在使用打印机之前，请仔细阅读本章内容！安全注意事项
本打印机只能使用本公司提供的专用电池和电源适配器，否则可能引起产品损坏，电池漏液、起火甚至爆炸。不要将电池投入火中，不要将电池短路、拆散或加热，否则可能导致电池漏液、起火甚至爆炸。电池中的液体具有腐蚀性，如果操作不慎导致电池漏液并将液体粘到皮肤或衣物上，请立即用清水洗掉，如不慎进入眼睛内，请立即用大量清水彻底冲洗眼睛并去看医生。打印时或刚打印结束时不要开启纸仓盖，用手或身体的任何部位接触打印机芯，以免过高的温度导致烫伤。
