(一)音、义结合，突破语音关我国外语教学多年来对语言运用功能的重视不够，多围绕讲语法、练翻译进行，重视笔头，轻视听说，导致学生从初学外语开始就音、形、义分家，知其形、义，不知其发音的情况极为普遍。
有的考生虽然有较大的词汇量、较清楚的语法结构概念，笔头能力达到了相当水平，但听力却停留在较低程度。
他们有的人受地方音干扰发音不准，更多的人无法将语言的声音信息与其所代表的符号和其表达的意义联系起来，结果只能通过视觉来辨认和接收学得的语言知识，而无法通过听觉进行，因而造成“聋子英语”、“哑巴英语”。
因此，要具备较强的听力理解能力，首先必须知道某一信息的正确的语音形式，要大胆开口说出来，大声朗读出来，能正确说出来的就不会听不懂。

这样久而久之就产生了对文字形式的依赖性，形成了本末倒置的不良听音习惯。
考生在复习中切忌读后听音。
先将听力材料读一遍，然后再听，表面上似乎听懂了，但实际上是读懂的，是靠脑子里储存的对阅读的记忆来理解音响信息的。
照此下去，阅读非但不能帮助反而束缚和制约了听力的发展和提高。
也切忌边听边读。
听、读同时进行，似乎有助于听懂，但如果长期如此，会同样使听力陷入误区，即不能将大脑的思维活动集中在音响信息上，而是在听、读之间往返，听觉、视觉交替进行，导致精力分散，无法专心致志。

由于国家教委考虑到同学们的就业问题，今年考研成绩比往年提前1个月公布，为的是考研不与找工作相冲突，这也是未来考研学生的一大利好信息。
最近，无数的同学发邮件询问复试的有关情况。
针对复试，我提醒大家，研招复试在政策上越来越注重对考生的思想素质的考核力度，同时重视创新人才的选拔和培养。
但是，有一点是一直都没有改变，并且始终被贯彻重视——就是对英语的考察。
英语的复试基本围绕听力和口语展开，不过部分985高校的复试也会涉及一些专业性的英语内容，复试老师也大都比较在意对英语水平的把关。
针对复试大家可以着手从以下开始做起：首先、从第一出发点的穿着说起，穿着比较忌讳的是过于随意，过于流行的装束。
考官都是上年纪的人，所以你最好不要穿得非常前卫。
不过也不要过于正式，穿西装、打领带、套装、套裙或者职业装之类的，这个是完全没有必要的。
你自己的定位要很清楚——学生。
所以穿你平时最为舒服，最常穿的就可以，越简单、越单纯越好，不要弄得很复杂。
第二、谈吐方面而言，面试虽然是一个任何考生都会感到紧张的时刻，但一定要学会镇静。
面试考官往往都已经在当天面试了很多考生，容易感到疲惫，这时可需要你来调动面试考场的氛围。
如果表现积极一点，回答幽默一些，带动场内的氛围，考官缓解了疲劳，就更容易对你青睐有加，你最终入围的希望无疑也将大大增加。
第三、就是气质上面一定要保持很饱满的精神状态，并且要表现出十足的自信心。
因为大家都知道气质是由内而发的，内在的状态良好则外在必有优势，一定会给老师留下好的印象。
如何表现的有气质呢？在行为和动作上，一个比较重要的特点，一定要明白自己在紧张的时候，有哪些动作，然后把它戒除掉。
因为每个人，在紧张时候都会有自己的行为动作，小动作，比如紧张的时候，会搓手或者揪耳朵之类的这种动作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的这种下意识动作是什么？这一点要克服掉。
第四、获得主导权，面试场上的主导权不见得就是考官，至少考官提问的问题范围是你自己可以选择的。
既然不能装懂，那么就应该主动地把自己懂的知识展现给面试考官。
一个很好的技巧就是自我简介方面，谈到自己的研究兴趣时，要提自己本专业掌握的最好的方面，一般老师提问专业问题大多是根据你的研究兴趣来提。
对于你的研究兴趣一定要慎重选择，如果自己不太了解而仅仅是感兴趣的方面，最好不要提及。
有些院校要求在复试的时候提交个人陈述，其中的研究计划方面是可以大做文章的，能够很好的引导老师向你预想的方向提问。
自我介绍的时候，除了说清楚自己的基本信息之外，最好能着重说一下自己有哪方面的特质是比较适合报考这个学校和专业的，导师可能会比较在意这一方面。
第五、英语听力部分随时创造环境，全面提升听力。
英语听力部分，大多数学校都以现有的成型考试为参考。
主要分为：1、类似四六级考试的简短问答；2、针对文章的某一段落进行听写或者翻译。
针对第一种题型大家都不用担心，因为以前在准备四六级的时候已经很熟悉了，这种题型可以在复试前一段时间进行几天强化训练，有针对性地做一些六级听力的试题。
不过平时有时间的时候可以收听一下英语新闻，看看迪斯尼的动画片或者看看原声的英语大片，让耳朵经常接触到英语是培养语感的好方法。
针对第二种题型，建议大家要多花一点时间，一定要做长文章的精听，比如说精听一些字数不少于两千字的演讲稿，或者是比较长的一些陈述，比如名人的演讲等。
另外有些学校会把对专业的考察加进去，所给的文章可能是专业方面的，这时候对考生的要求会更高，不但要求听懂更重要的是用词的准确，对此考生应该多接触专业方面的英语，比如专业性的权威杂志和节目等。
另外建议考生练习听写，平时听录音时就要有意识地将关键信息写下来，一方面训练信息接受的准确性；另一方面培养短期记忆、正确拼写单词的能力。
练习听写还能强制性地迫使自己全神贯注、积极思考。
第六、基础环节做起，机智应对口语。
考研复试的英语口语部分一般是问答形式和话题陈述，前种形式比较好应对，与其他考试的不同是问题会更加专业化；后种形式的随机性就比较大，可能是学术问题，也可能是生活上的问题，需要你快速作出反应。
但是要想成功的应多口语考试还是要从基础做起，首先是发音，由于这种考试都是外语系的老师去打分，第一大标准是发音，英语的发音，这一点很重要。
其次是词汇，说话的时候的词汇量，不能够全部使用那些“傻瓜”词汇，你要能够体现出来自己这个阶段应该具有的英语水平，毕竟这是一个考研复试。
最后，在回答问题的时候一定要具有逻辑上的连贯性，切不可东拉西扯，思想混乱。
第七、考场上要特别注意的问题多数高校复试听力时统一播放听力磁带，不使用单独的小收音机或是电脑播放听力材料，所以对习惯大学英语四、六级听力考试模式的考生来说，要及时调整听力习惯，避免到了考场出现听力模式不适应的情况。
此外，高校一般会在考研复试办法上说明听力答题的时间，但实际上复试听力流程是不用那么多时间的。
如北京大学考研复试办法说明上的复试时间是30分钟，2008年考研复试听力考核从发卷到收卷只进行了20分钟左右，所以考生不能慢慢腾腾，一定要讲求速度。
