B.英文使用手册一本。

C.排气用(新的Simpak排气用)倒钩式连接头一只D.Simpak纯化管柱一组。

E.储水桶空气过滤器一只。

F.终端过滤器(POU)Simfilter一只。

安装储水桶(如附图2)A.将储水桶装水1.将储水桶上方的安全把手(locking handle)拉起到垂直位置(A)2.以安全把手将储水桶(B)提起3.以逆时针方向旋转1/4圈,打开储水桶上方的盖子(C)4.将储水桶装满经处理过的水(如:蒸馏水、去离子水、R O水或E l i x TM水)后,重新安装回主机,并且确认已将安全把手放回原来的位置(水平位置)B.安装排气过滤器1. 在储水桶盖子内安装储水桶专用的排气过滤器(D)2. 以顺时针方向旋转1/4圈,将盖子关紧安装纯化管柱—Sim P ak(如附图3)1.按住locking tab键(A)向左方打开纯化管柱的locking handle2.将Simplicity TM主机上连接纯化管柱连接头上的2个保护盖(B)拔除3.再将Sim P ak纯化管柱上的2个保护盖(C)拔除,用几滴水润湿管柱接头上的O型圈4.把Sim P ak管柱推入使装载至主机上(D)5.确定纯化管柱的locking handle已卡紧,并就定位(E)。

纯化管柱的locking handle应该很容易扣上。

如果你必须施力才能推紧的话,这表示Sim P ak未完全就位。

Pak排气1.将连接头(如附图1、C)安装至POU(终端取水处)阀上(注:POU阀内含有O型环作为密封用,因此,请勿使用铁弗龙带缠绕在连接头的螺纹上。

)2.在出水口的下方放置容器3.将Simplicity TM给水阀门转钮扳下,打开阀门4.按下OPERATE键,使STANDBY模式切换至OPERATE模式5.当系统做出1-2公升的水后,再将阀门关闭6.若有可能,将系统留在STANDBY模式使经过一整夜的时间。

操作与维护规程
一、操作规程
1.开机前必须先开水源,调节压力在
2.0bar-6.0bar之间。

2.开Elix主机电源,仪器进入自动工作状态,开始制水。

当储水桶内水满后,显示TANKFULL 99%。

3.开MILLI-Q主机电源,扳出水手柄开关至一档,当电导率达到18.2MΩ.cm时,扳开关至二档,既可制超纯水。

4.Elix主机及MILLI-Q主机电源不关,机器定时对其内部构件进行冲洗,以防止污染物对其造成损害。

5.Elix主机过滤柱为PROGARD,而MILLI-Q主机过滤柱为QGARD。

两种型号过滤柱严禁混用。

LI-Q混合树脂柱的仓门必须卡死,防止制水时树脂柱因水压过大而被冲出。

7.当仪器service灯亮时,需要对仪器进行维护,可根据提示信息具体操作,当alarm灯亮时,需对机器立即进行维修。

8.定期更换仪器外设的自来水过滤装置,以减轻仪器自身过滤柱的消耗。

二、维护规程
1.当液晶显示START AUTO CLEAN时,根据仪器的提示进行操作。

2.当液晶显示EXCHANGE PACK,更换前处理装置,清洗过滤筛
3.当液晶显示CL2 CLEAN, 清洗反渗透筒.
4.当液晶显示PH CLEAN, 反渗透筒的彻底清理。

Milli-Q超纯水机使用、清洁及维护操作规程1目的规范质量控制中心试剂、试药的管理,明确对其的管理和使用。

2范围本规程适用于质量控制中心所用试剂、试药的接收、储存及发放。

3职责3.1质量控制中心检验人员应根据本文件的要求执行。

3.2质量控制中心检验人员对本文件的实施负责。

4内容4.1使用4.1.1模式4.1.1.1待机模式在准备维护Milli-Q系统之前,选择待机模式。

处于待机模式时,不能取水。

处于待机模式时,按下Q-POD取水器开关,使Milli-Q系统减压。

见下图所示。

4.1.1.2就绪模式处于就绪模式时,能从Q-POD取水器中取水。

在大部分时间里,Milli-Q系统都应该处于就绪模式。

无论是在夜间、周末,或是其它未被使用的时间段里,都应该让Milli-Q系统处于就绪模式。

在待机模式下,主显示器和Q-POD取水器显示都如图所示。

4.1.4.2 使用Q-POD 取水器为了取水,在就绪模式下,按下Q-POD 取水器开关。

O L M HQ-POD取水器内置一个微型开关。

如果您把Q-POD取水器开关按到底后松开,Q-POD 微型开关就处于锁定位置。

当微型开关处于锁定位置时,纯水就会以高流速从Q-POD取水器中持续流出。

再次把Q-POD取水器开关按到底后松开,就能使微型开关解锁。

4.1.5定量取水使用Q-POD取水器能实现定量取水,其定量为0.1L,0.25 L,0.5 L,0.75 L,1 L,1.25 L,1.5 L,1.75 L,2L,3 L,……,60L。

B、打开蓝色的门,拨出Quantum柱。
C、取一新柱,用纯水润湿O形圈,并确认O形圈位于柱孔底部,将新柱推入装好,柱子的标签向下。
D、关好蓝色的门,并确认右侧的两个卡口全部卡好。
(3)Millipak-40的更换
当系统产水量低于0.5L/min时,应更换Millipak-40。
A、拧下旧的Millipak-40。

1、操作
(1)检查贮水桶内原水(RO水、蒸镏水或去离子水)是否浸没仪器进水管口。
(2)接通主机电源,并打开Milli-Q Academic系统后部的电源开关,显示屏上首先显示仪器型号与序列号后继续显示“PRE OPERATION RECIRCULATION”,仪器自检完后进入“PRE OPERATION”预操作状态。
(3)将水枪扳手扳下,此时可从终端过滤器的出水口采水。
(4)采水完毕,将水枪扳手扳上。
2、注意事项
(1)系统应经常处于待机状态,停机时间不超过1天。
(2)如非同一日采水,系统应于当日第一次采水时弃去前1升水。
(3)系统处于待机状态时不产水,为保持待机期间的水质,系统每隔55分钟会自动循环5分钟,循环时显示屏显示“RECIRCULATION”;系统处在待机状态时,请确保水枪扳手扳上。
B、扳起纯化柱接合器的盖子,将金属锁片向上拨出。
C、将纯化柱小心拨出,取一根新柱子,将柱子的防护塞取下,用干净的水湿润柱口的O型圈。

D、将柱子的孔对准接合器的金属定位杆,并使定位杆穿过该孔,轻轻提起Q-Gard柱,将柱子下端的挂钩伸入并勾住主机下部的开口,然后将纯化柱完全推入。
E、将金属锁片向下插入金属定位杆末端导引槽内以锁定纯化柱。

Milli-Q超纯水器使用指导∙机器要求常态为“PRE-OPERATE”状态,并保持24小时通电,需要经常检查供水水箱是否充足∙取水时,首先将取水开关开至“循环”档,待显示屏显示的电阻率达到18.2MΩ·cm时,才能把取水开关打到“产水档位∙超滤柱的消毒清洗 (针对Milli-QB或Milli-QS型号)定期地清洗超滤柱对于保证水质,延长超滤柱使用寿命是很有必要的。

Milli-Q纯水系统会每两星期定期显示有关信息"START SANIT." 以提醒您应清洗超滤柱。

在系统软件中有两种清洗程序.程序:1 (7小时)这是在大多数情况下运用的主要清洗程序。

使用这程序可以从下午下班前开始并利用晚上休息时间进行清洗。

使用程序1的时候,在启动后21分钟后关闭出水阀,此后系统会自动运行直至第二天早上。

程序2:(8小时)此程序有一个较长的浸泡过程,适用于当超滤柱的流量下降或柱已污染时。

此程序必须从早晨开始。

使用程序2时,必须在程序启动后71分钟关闭出水阀。

此后,系统会自动运行。

开始清洗时必须准备~30升的进水。

清洗操作步骤如下:按操作/待机“OPERATE/STANDBY” 键2 秒钟,使Milli-Q系统处于待机“STANDBY” 状态。

把MILLIPAK 40/20从出水枪上取下将过渡接头拧在出水口上。

将12mm外径的管子接在过渡接头上,管子的另一端通下水道或水槽。

将取水枪扳手扳下,待出水口无水流出(卸压),再将扳手扳上。

取下清洗口的盖子,把它放在附近,把3克NaOH(A.R.分析纯)(代替消毒氯片ZWCL01F50)放入清洗口。

将清洗口的“S”形盖子旋回原处,确保没有渗漏。

按控制面板清洗“CLEANING”键2 秒钟。

(若要选择程序2,再按一次清洗键)等待10秒钟后选择被确认,显示屏会显示“SAN.CYCLE 1”将取水枪扳手扳下,系统就开始进入清洗程序。

400分钟后将扳手扳回到朝上的位置注:若出水阀未关,系统不会计时清洗时间.清洗结束后,系统自动回到预操作(PRE OPERATE)状态去掉12mm管子和过渡接头,装好MILLIPAK 40/20.Milli-Q超纯水系统又可以正常使用了。

Milli-Q Synthesis超强组合型详细说明:
IVF等极为困难的特殊培养以及分子生物学实验专用
Milli-Q Synthesis系结合Gradient所采用的短波UV灯(185nm)以及Biocel所采用的5,000分子量的UF 膜,其产水的TOC值可在5ppb以下(当进水的TOC值低于50ppb),热源则低于0.001EU/ml的新型超纯水装置。

本系统特别适用在容易受到水质影响的IVF或是DNA、RNA等分子生物学实验。

当然,Milli-Q Synthesis 的产水也可使用在需高灵敏度的HPLC检测上。

a)纯化系统
将自来水作初步处理,一般包括预过滤(深层过滤及膜过滤)和反渗透或蒸馏法,而反渗透因其污染物去除率达到90%-95%以上,回收率达20%-40%以上,效益比传统纯蒸馏法更理想,因此是Milli-Q超纯水系统的理想进水。

另外,Millipore为配合日渐普及的微量分析,研制出Elix连续电流去离子系统,结合反渗透及连续电流去离子技术的优点——经济高效(R〉5MΩ·cm),可用于一般实验室作分析用水,又因其出水质量高,如作为Milli-Q的进水,更能提高Milli-Q纯化柱的使用寿命及出水水质。

b)存储系统
纯化水在一般出水罐中储存会吸收环境中的杂质,使水质变坏。

另外,光照也会引起微生物滋生种种杂质,并且微生物会严重影响下游的超纯系统。

Millipore专利设计的储水系统能有效改善以上问题,长期保持水质,提高Milli-Q水的质量。

c)超纯水系统
将纯水作超纯化处理,出水水质可以达到电阻率:18.2MΩ·cm,总有机物〈10ppb,配合不同设计的超纯化柱,能有效去除水中的热源及有机物,适合所有高灵敏度实验的要求。

此外,Millipore的纯水及超纯水系统能外接打印机,打印出水水质资料,符合优良实验室标准(GLP),Millipore产品更得到了ISO9002质量认证,制造工艺符合GMP规范。

最新Milli-Q超纯水系统包括:Milli-Q Academic/Biocel/Gradient/Synthesis/Element系列。
