小学英语组是一个年轻的团体，1-6年级有X位英语教师，本学年老师们在自己的工作岗位付出了辛勤努力。
回顾一年来我组几位教师的工作、学习，很有感触。
应该说，在每位英语教师的辛勤劳动下，在学校领导的关心、指导下，我们努力、踏实地工作着。
全体英语教师为提高我校英语教学质量，为学生提供高效、优质的服务，默默地耕耘着。
具体从以下几个方面来说：
一、教研组建设方面
1、加强理论学习，不断更新教学观念
学期一开始，全组教师都能认真学习小学英语英语新课程标准。
教研组及时制定了科学合理的工作计划、教学进度，并在实际工作中有计划有步骤地得到贯彻和落实。
经常进行书本教育理念的学习，交流心得，更新教育教学观念、完善自身知识结构，并用以指导教学实践。
我们积极参组织教师听课，要求上研讨课的教师要写出教学反思，这对改进教学水平有很大程度的启示和帮助。
学校2015年4月27日-4月29日安排了小学英语教材培训-《XX市小学英语新教材培训暨课堂教学观摩研讨会》，通过两天的学习收获很大。
2、注重群教群研，发扬团结协作精神。
我校英语教研组共有X名教师，教师在工作中都能同心协力，互相帮助，通过团结与合作，以集体的力量保质保量地完成好各项工作任务。
各教师在自身不断充实完善的基础上互相钻研业务和进行常规教学备课，完成教研任务，以便教师们迅速成长。
各位教师在教学水平方面有了长足的进步，教学质量有了提高。
二、教学常规方面
认真落实常规教学各项任务，坚持两间周一次的集体备课和理论学习活动，落实重点和难点，统一进度和内容，写好教案，同时分析反馈学生的课堂实际情况,充分发挥英语课学科的特点。
本学年我组教师围绕“教学质量”这条生命线，狠抓课堂教学，加大对差生的辅导力度，做到定时、定量、定效、定对象，使补差工作不流于形式，真正使差生多学一点，多掌握一点，缩小与其他学生的差距，提高整体水平。
为了能更好地提高英语教学质量，我组能针对学生在英语学习过程中存在的实际情况，及时地进行补差补缺，做到把握教材和教学目标的统一，发现问题及时补救，最终使全体学生达到课标所规定的要求，努力做到课课通、单元清，为提高教学质量提供保障。
三、对未来的展望
所谓“金无足赤，人无完人”，教师们的工作中也不可避免的存在着一些缺点和疑惑：
1.如何开展更加有效的教研活动。
2.探究学生口语训练与习题课的安排。
3.怎样继续开展多种形式的课堂游戏，提高学生学习英语热情。
在以后的工作中我们应在以下几个方面去努力：
1、继续把教研活动做细、做实，做到有计划、有安排、有落实，为全面提高学生语言技能，开展丰富多彩的英语课外活动。
2、鼓励老师们多上网学习新的教育教学理论，并及时写出学习心得。
3、充分利用多媒体，制作学生喜欢的课件，寻找学生所喜欢的素材，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂效率。
在以后的工作道路上，英语教研组将本着求真务实、锐意进取、勇于开拓的精神，在素质教育的探索和实践中再接再厉，跨步前进，力求英语教研组建设日臻完善。

学校非常重视，给我们提供了“20__中考远程培训活动”，我们组每星期三下午集中学习，选的是“中考视角下的阅读理解的解题策略“，集中看了杨廷从教授的四个视频，让我们明确阅读理解的解题策略的方向性，给我中考总复习专题复习指明了方向，做到有的放矢。
我作为九年级毕业班老师，把全部视频都看了一遍，让我学习许多实用性的东西，专家们讲的非常接地气，在直击中考考点中教会了学生怎样应对试题，做到从容面对。
三、通力合作，开展命题研究。
我们组在年级备考组的基础上共同制定了最终方案。
九年级的时候，按照中考的方向，第一轮复习结束后，我和沈永增老师做了一次微题复习。
由于时间紧，我们做了10个微话题，远程培训的专家给我们指导。
第四，重视青年教师的培养，积极参加各种比赛和培训。
学校非常重视老师的专业成长，我作为九年级的英语教师，派我去龙岩市20__毕业班中考研训活动培训两天，听了六个讲座，龙初校长的才华让大家刮目相看，沈永增老师作为名师工作室成员作了一个非常接地气的讲座，还有其他四位讲的都非常好。

转眼间，本学期的小学英语教研工作已接近尾声。
在这一学期里，我们小学英语组全体教师团结协作，共同推进了英语教育教学工作。
