此外，对于不断出现的新的介质（液压油、润滑脂、清洗剂等)，用户特别注意它们与目前所用的密封件弹性体材料的兼容性。

旋转应用的派克精密密封
建筑机械和一般的行走机械工业都要求有 效的旋转式液压传动。这适用于因安全、 功能或空间不够而不能用软管的各种场 合。 派克公司考虑了这些旋转传动的紧凑结 构，并设计了可套入简单沟槽的同样紧凑 的密封元件。 有两种不同类型的旋转密封：定子密封和 转子密封。 务必保证将高压通道向着中ቤተ መጻሕፍቲ ባይዱ，而将回油 通道、低压通道、控制通道和排泄通道向 着转子的端部(大气侧)。这将保证从两侧 得到润滑和冷却，而且污染物也不能从外 面渗入。由于往复加压，挡圈也将得到充 分的润滑。 因端头密封只受低压的作用，污染和磨损 的问题在这里并不很重要。 在安装连续旋转式传动装置之前，请与本 公司的咨询服务部联系。 PV值 一个基本的原理：工作压力越高，所允许 的圆周线速度越低；反之亦然。因此，我 们必须注意特性值：P•V，样本上给出的 是压力(bar)和速度(m/s)的极限值。 对于不同形式和材料的密封件，它们的PV 值是不同的。我们已将其列于样本中的 “应用范围”。 这些数据是基于多年应用经验，仅限于正 常工作条件。换言之，在特定条件下，这 些数值可能要显著降低，如温度很高或润 滑很差的工况。最后，请严格遵循所列的 压力与速度极限！

The profile C2 piston seal meets the requirements of the manufacturers of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for seals with the smallest possible housings. Although cross-sec-tions and heights are very small the sealing performance is excellent.Extremely low friction is experi-enced because of the short contact to the sealing surface area. Back-up rings or brack-ets are not required because of the special design.For installation in non-lubri-cated pneumatic systems (dry air) we recommend our profile E4 which fits into the same housings.Die Kolbendichtung Profil C2entspricht der Forderung von Herstellern hydraulischer und pneumatischer Geräte nach Dichtungen, die möglichst klei-ne Einbauräume beanspru-chen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, daß die Ringe nicht über scharfe Kanten gezogen werden.Bei doppeltwirkenden Kolben sind Druckstöße, die über dem zulässi-gen Betriebsdruck liegen, zu vermeiden.
