这是一堂三年级的课，所讲授的内容是同学们每天都要称呼的家庭成员。
在教学第二课时时，我根据三年级学生的生理、心理特点设计了这堂生动活泼的英语课，课后总结有以下几个特点：
一、运用多种手段进行情境的创设，如：录机音、各式各样的卡片等辅助教学工具。
有效的模拟出情景，使学生注意力集中，兴致高昂。
用家庭树的形式，呈现出一个家庭中家庭成员的组合就像一棵树一样，站得最高的年龄最大；反之站得最低的年龄最小。
用学生所熟悉的自然景物来比喻，这种比喻浅显易懂从而引起学生极大的兴趣，接着又以头像小瓶的形式来显示，增强了学生的视觉刺激，让他们在笑声中不知不觉就学到了知识。
图卡、挂图、头像小瓶的运用让学生感觉就象在家里一样，正面对着自己的亲人，从而引发兴趣极想知道在日常生活家庭成员英语的称呼。
二、歌曲教学方面。
学习歌曲是本节课的目标之一。
课始颀赏了这首歌，单词掌握之后，让学生学唱此歌，我先领读歌词，之后让学生跟录音唱。
这节课所学的这首歌，歌词简单，意思明了，所以学生很容易就学会了。
三、整堂课充满了活力，笑声不断。
但不足的地方也有好几处（1）给予孩子展示的空间不够；（2）课堂有时太活跃有静不下来的现象，
一动一静相结合才能算是比较完美的一堂课。

教法：《英语课程标准》指出：小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣.培养他们英语学习的积极态度.使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心；使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。所以本节课我确立了以“游戏教学法”为主.使学生寓学于乐.在活泼、轻忪、愉快的气氛中自然而然地获得英语知识与技能。

这样的板书既简单又明了.可以很好的 突出重难点。让学生一目了然。
2、教学目标
（1）知识目标单词：90%的学生可以掌握tall,short,fat,thin 及句子：Look at... It’s...
（2）能力目标：85%的学生听懂、会说、会认读几个形容词tall.fat.thin.short.
（3）情感目标：通过本节课的学习.让学生能够爱好动物.懂的动物是世界不可缺少的一部分；进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣.享受学习过程带来的乐趣。
（4）联系课文情境利用4个新单词自编对话（三人一小组.以优生带后进生.熟练后交换角色达到理解并流利朗读。）让学生小组合作学习.在合作中找各自的优点为我所用。小组合作学习为学生提供一个较为轻松、自主的学习环境。更能突出学生的主体地位.培养主动参与的意识.激发学生的求知欲。

（2）教师播放chant师生边唱边做动作（以前学过的一首歌谣.里面含有一些形容词。）
（3）look and guess学生看图说、猜单词.复习上册所学动物类单词。
