在进口国交货的贸易术语有五种：D.A.F.，边境交货；D.E.S.，目的港船上交货；D.E.Q.，目的港码头交货；D.D.V.，未完税交货；D.D.P.，完税后交货。
国际贸易中最经常使用的两种交货方式的贸易术语F.O.B. 和C.I.F.:一、装运港船上交货价（FOB）英文是：Free on Board.装运港船上交货价是国际贸易中常用的价格术语之一。
卖方承担的基本义务是在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内，将货物装上买方指派的船只，并及时通知买方。
货物在装船时越过船舷，风险即由卖方转移至买方。
买方要负责租船订舱，支付运费，并将船期、船名及时通知卖方。
货物在装运港越过船舷后的其他责任、费用也都由买方负担，包括取得进口许可证或其他官方证件，以及办理货物入境的手续和费用。
如果买方指定了船只，而未能及时将船名、装货泊位及装船日期通知卖方，或者买方指派的船只未能按时到达，或未能承载货物，或者在规定期限终了前截止装货，买方要承担由此产生的一切风险和损失。
前提是货物已清楚地分开或被固定为供应本合同之用。
在F.O.B.条件下，卖方要自负风险和费用领取出口许可证或其他官方证件，并负责办理出口手续。
卖方还要自费提供证明他已按规定完成交货义务的证件。
在买方要求下，并由买方承担风险和费用的情况下，卖方可给予一切协助，取得提单或其他运输单。
按F.O.B.价格成交，如果采用班轮运输，装船费用包括在班轮运费之中，与装船有关的各项费用自然由负责办理运输事项的买方承担。
而如果采用程租船运输，按照航运惯例，通常在租船合同中规定船方不负担装船费用。
在这种情况下，买卖双方应在合同中明确装船、理舱、平舱费用的负担问题。
为了避免买卖双方在装船等费用的负担问题上发生争议，我们往往在F.O.B.之后加列各种附加条件，这就产生了F.O.B.的变形。
它们是以下几种形式。
F.O.B.Liner teame（班轮条件），念义是装船的有关费用按照班轮的做法办理。
也就是，卖方不负担这些费用，而由船方实际上是买方负担F.O.B.Under Tackle（吊钩下交货），其定义是卖方仅负责把货物交到买方指派船只的吊钩所及之处，以后的装船费用概由买方负担。
F.O.B.Stowed（理舱费在内）这一条件是指卖方要负责把货物交到进入船舱并负担包括理舱费在内的装费用。
F.O.B.Trimmed（平舱费在内）这是指卖方要负责把货物装入船舱，并为保持船身的平稳，对装入船舱的散装货物进行填平补齐，上述各项费用均由卖方负担。
〖国际贸易术语解释通则〗与〖美国对外贸易定义〗有关办理出口手续付费及对F.O.B.的分类有很大不同。
所以在实际操作中需加注意。
二、运费、保险费在内价（CIF）C.I.F. 也是国际贸易中常用的价格术语。
采用这一贸易术语时，卖方的基本义务是负责按通常条件租船订舱、支付到目的港的运费，并在规定的装运港和规定的期限内将货物装上船。
装船后及时通知买方。
卖方负责办理从装运港到目的地的海运货物保险，支付保险费。
在业务上，有人称C.I.F.为"到岸价"，其实，按C.I.F.条件成交时，卖主仍是在装运港完成交货，卖方承担的风险也是在装运港时，货物越过船航以前的风险。
越过船舷以后的风险由买方承担。
货物装船后自装运港到目的港的运费、保险费以外的费用也要由买方负担。
除此之外，买方还要自负风险和费用取得进口许可证或其他官方证件，办理进口手续并按合同规定支付货款。
卖方需要提供的单据主要有：商业发票或与之相应的电子数据；必要时提供证明所交货物与合同规定相符的证件：通常的运输单据，使买方得以在目的地受领货物，或者通过转让单据出售在途货物；卖方要提供符合合同规定的保险单据，使买方可以凭该单据直接向保险人索赔。
另外，卖方要自负风险和费用取得出口许可证或其他官方证件，并负责办理出口手续。
C.I.F.价格条件采用"象征性交货"方式（Symtolie Delivery）。
所谓"象征性交货"是指卖方按合同规定在装运港口将货物装船并提交全套合格单据，就算完成了交货义务，而无需保证到货。
反之，如果卖方提交的单据不合要求，即使合格的货物安全运达，也不算完条件成交，卖方所要提交的单据名称、内容及份数都应与约定相符，否则，买方有权拒收单据、拒付货款。
(一)工厂交货( EXW) 本术语英文为“EX Works(…named place)”，即“工厂交货(……指定地点)”。
它指卖方负有在其所在地即车间、工厂、仓库等把备妥的货物交付给买方的责任，但通常不负责将货物装上买方准备的车辆上或办理货物结关。
买方承担自卖方的所在地将货物运至预期的目的地的全部费用和风险。
(二)货交承运人(FCA)本术语英文为“Free Carrier(…named place)”，即“货物交承运人(……指定地点)”。
它指卖方应负责将其移交的货物，办理出关后，在指定的地点交付给买方指定的承运入照管。
根据商业惯例，当卖方被要求与承运人通过签订合同进行协作时，在买方承担风险和费用的情况下，卖方可以照此办理。
本术语适用于任何运输方式。
(三)船边交货(FAS)本术语英文为“Free Alongside ship(…named port of shipment)”即“船边交货(……指定装运港)”。
它指卖方在指定的装运港码头或驳船上把货物交至船边，从这时起买方须承担货物灭失或损坏的全部费用和风险，另外买方须办理出口结关手续。
本术语适用于海运或内河运输。
(四)船上交货(FOB)本术语英文为“Free on Boaro(…named port of shipment)”，即“船上交货(……指定装运港)”。
它指卖方在指定的装运港把货物送过船舷后交付，货过船舷后买方须承担货物的全部费用、风险、灭失或损坏，另外要求卖方办理货物的出口结关手续。
本术语适用于海运或内河运输。
(五)成本加运费(CFR或c＆F) 本术语英文为“Cost and Freight (named port of shipment)”，即“成本加运费(……指定目的港)”。
它指卖方必须支付把货物运至指定目的港所需的开支和运费，但从货物交至船上甲板后，货物的风险、灭失或损坏以及发生事故后造成的额外开支，在货物越过指定港的船舷后，就由卖方转向买方负担．另外要求卖方办理货物的出口结关手续。
本术语适用于海运或内河运输。
(六)成本、保险费加运费(CIF)本术语英文为“Cost,Insurance and Freight(…named port of shipment)”，即“成本、保险费加运费(……指定目的港)”。
