I am a business Visa applicant, going for a business trip to Denmark from XX nd Oct to XX th Oct, 2012.My application file has been submitted to your Embassy for signing on the morning of X th OCT, 2012.
However, this training course doesn't means a formal training. It will host like a round table meeting so that the stuff from all over the world can exchange our self experience, and discuss the next year's improving direction of the XXXXX company in different countries.
In this case I sincerely put forward a kind request that the visa officer can understand my situation and help to speed up my application process, so that I can start my business trip with my passed colleagues in time.
And another point is our company’s bank statement can print out after the date 16th next week. So we can only provide the bank statements till August. About the Sept’s we can offered only after XX th OCT.
