三.教学⽅式1.本课采⽤阅读前—阅读中—阅读后三⼤板块构成的阅读教学模式,调动⼴⼤同学的学习积极性。
2.培养学⽣与⽼师、同学交流信息,交换看法,⼩组合作学习和⾃主探究学习。
3.采⽤多媒体课件作为主要的教学⼿段,同时,借助⿊板、粉笔等辅助⼿段开展教学活动。
四.教学过程:⼀、利⽤修⽔秋⽔起义纪念馆,黄庭坚纪念馆,修⽔博物馆的众多图⽚导⼊,⾛⼊艺术画廊天地。

选修六 Unit 1 ARTUsing Language ___The Best of Manhattan’s Art Galleries 教学设计一、本节课课堂设计原则:1. 本节课遵循先输入再输出的原则,Reading 后设计了一个Speaking和一个Writing的环节,为学生提供平台提升学生的语言应用能力。
促进语言知识向语言能力的转化。
2. 创造相对真实的语境,介绍潍坊和寒亭本地的博物馆贴近学生日常生活,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
3. 充分利用小组合作和小组之间的评比竞争来激发学生课堂上的积极性。
4. 写作部分难度较大,读和说的活动都充分为学生的写作提供铺垫,如词汇,短语,句型以及描述博物馆景点的句型,此外在写作开始前还提供了2个关于潍坊世界风筝博物馆和寒亭杨家埠艺术大观园的相关视频,为学生写作提供足够的信息,让学生的写作水到渠成。
5.体现学生的主体地位,大胆放手,让学生真正地成为课堂的主人,激发学生的积极性和主动性。
6. 让学生展示以口头表演和黑板板书等多种方式结合进行,提高课堂效益。
二、学生课前学习活动设计:1.设计预习学案,让学生提前预习课文并从文中找出相对应的短语和句子完成预习学案来确保预习效果。
2. 让学生提前上网查阅一下潍坊本地的博物馆的信息,为课堂活动做铺垫和准备。

一、教学内容
人教版新课标高中英语选修6 第一单元(Unit 1 Art)
第三课时阅读课“曼哈顿最好的艺术画廊”t h e b e s t of Manha tt an’s a r t gall e r i e s
二、教材分析
本节课教学内容为人教版Book6 Unit 1 中的using language 部分,本单元中心话题是“艺术”,介绍了西方绘画简史,描写了曼哈顿最好的艺术长廊,帮助学生们了解更多有关美术的背景知识,分析西方艺术史上各大流派的特点,指出其代表性的画家和作品,并对中西方绘画艺术进行比较。
最后要求学生为当地举办的一场画展提出合理化的建议。
培养学生们对艺术的欣赏和对美的追求。
本课时是本单元的第三课时,内容包括复习(review ),读前(Pre-reading),阅读(While- reading)和读后(Post-reading)四个部分。
其中阅读部分由老师来扮演导游的身份,带领学生
们游览书中曼哈顿最好的艺术画廊,让学生们了解每个画廊的具体地址和特点。
此部分载有本单元话题“艺术”的重要信息,且具体呈现了画廊作为艺术载体的具体特点和重要性。
三、学情分析
1.学生个性和英语水平差异大,教学设计要有梯度,由浅入深,注意层次性。
教师要抓住学生的心理,激发学生的学习兴趣,让他们在学习中学会参与,在参与中学会学习。
2.根据学生的心理特征,采用视、听、说的教学方法,让学生深入了解并掌握所学内容,培养学生运用英语进行表达的能力。
四、教学目标设计
1.知识目标:
(1)通过阅读有关曼哈顿著名的艺术博物馆加深对博物馆的了解和
认识。
提高阅读能力同时学习有关介绍博物馆的相关词汇和表达,并能在特定语境中合理运用。
(2)通过扮演导游对感兴趣的博物馆进行介绍,提高学生的英语口头表达能力同时掌握本单元教学目标和要求中的词汇用法。
(3)通过提供相关词汇进行对理想中的东营本地的博物馆作描述,提高学生的英语写作能力。
2.能力目标:
(1)学生学会快速阅读的方法、培养筛选局部和整体信息的能力及独立阅读的能力和合作
学习的能力;训练阅读技巧,同时加强听,说,写等能力训练,提高获取信息和处理信息的能力。
(2)培养学生的质疑意识,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;充分利用多媒体技术,
培养学生组织语言、运用语言的能力。
3.情感价值观:
通过学习,使学生了解世界著名的艺术馆,培养学生的文化意识和对艺术的兴趣。
同时激发学生对家乡的自豪感和热爱之情。
五. 教学重点、难点
教学重点:阅读课文、运用文中相关词汇进行说和写的活动以提高学生读、写、说的能力。
教学难点:在说和写的过程中如何运用相关词汇和表达方式来正确、准确、有效的介绍各个艺术馆的特点。
六. 教学方法
(1).演示法:相关的图片显示给学生看,便于学生对相关知识和背景知识的形象深入把
握,从而达到解决问题的目的。
(2).任务驱动教学法:将所要学习的新知识隐含在一个或几个问题和小组活动之中,学
生通过对所提的任务进行分析、讨论,并在老师的指导和帮助下找出解决问题的方法,最后通过任务的完成而实现对所学知识的意义
建构。
(3).多媒体辅助教学法:把有关近现代西方艺术的文本、图片等信息融合在课件中,可
以增加课堂信息量的输入并发挥学生的多种感官的作用,激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学效率。
七、学习方法
《高中英语新课程标准》明确指出:“高中英语课程要有利于学生优化英语学习方法,使他们通过观察、体验、探究等积极主动的学习方法,充分发挥自己的学习潜能,形成有效的学习策略,提高自主学习的能力。
”
根据《高中英语新课程标准》要求,结合我班学生英语基础与能力较弱的实际,本课时我把阅
读课文作为整体处理的同时,把每个教学环节所设计的问题和任务区分出高低不同的层次,由浅入深,循序渐进,使每个教学环节尽量符合多数学生的认知水平,力争全班绝大多数同学
都能积极参与课堂活动。
通过“任务型”活动,引导学生自主学习,培养学生“跳读”、“寻读”、“定位”、“推理归纳”等阅读方法;通过描述、讨论和采访等活动,进行合作学习。
八、教学过程设计
(1)展示学习目标与小组评价规则
(2)“导入”展示曼哈顿的相关图片,展示课文中出现的5 个艺术馆的图片及名字。

教师必须认真对待自己的每一堂课,准备充分、精雕细琢、反复推敲才能有令人满意的结果。
