Towards this issue,our presentitives of Islamic Republic of Pakistan hold the view that,encouraging the rise of transnational corporation can not only maintain a sustainable development in our country,but the whole world will benefit a lot in the long run from this.

Since Pakistan 's entry into the WTO in 1995,the past decade has witnessed a wave of Pakistan enterprises "going global" and foreign companies "coming in",which strenthens our national competitiveness and promote our labor quality. In economic affairs,our classic rural economy structure which sacrifices natural resources to pull the economy while gains the least benefit, has been already fall behind modern industrial economic as well as the information industry.But transnational corporation gives us a chance to keep pace of the global economy as it helps us adjust our economic structure,invest money, achieve technical innovation and multilateral trading system,as a result,our sustainable development modle established.In this process,the labor quality----a problem we sufferred from for a long time,has also improved gradually thanks to transnational corporations.We always believe that human beings’ ability and creativity is a sustaninable source in the future.

As to the world, transnational corporations help to create a fair international trade environment and to drive the distribution of products and production factors throughout the world.It seems that with the help of modern means of communication and carrier like transnational corporation,we are correlative with each other,just like someone compares

our earth as a villiage.We can share the natural resources,founds,manpower and all the other resources to make long-term interests.However, setting up transnational corporations and encouraging economic globalization doesn’t mean we would definetely achieve sustainable development,especially to us developing countries.That is to say,we shall take advantage of this golden opportunity as well as grim challenges.
