完善网络课堂建设对90后大学生英语学习的影响
“90后”是未来十年里大学生群体的主要组成部分，他们个性突出，自我意识强；他们思想富于变化，要求不断地求新、求变；他们热情开放与沉默自卑并存，但交际方法欠缺。
基于这些特点，在对该群体的大学英语教育模式上，只是采取以教师为中心的教学方法已经不能满足和适应学生的需求。
因此，大学英语课堂建设需要结合具体实际积极改革教学思路，在满足课堂常规教学的基础上，网络教学条件的日趋稳定和不断成熟，《大学英语》课堂中多媒体教学已成为不可或缺的重要手段。
1 大学英语网络课堂现状
目前高校已建立的网络课堂中，大多数都是基于教材，对知识点进行扩展和补充教学，因此对于追求创新，渴望独立成才但是缺乏恰当学习方法的“90后”大学生来说，缺少了必要的吸引力，学生参与网络课程的点击率远远低于预期；另外，现行的网络课堂的大体模式还是教师布置任务，学生完成，并没有完全体现到学生自主选择和学习的初衷；同时，网络课堂中学生的参与度与学习效果难以得到直观有效的体现和检测，这些都是影响网络课堂效果的因素。
2 完善及改进大学英语网络课堂的必要性
针对“90后”大学生特点的高校网络课堂的更新与完善势在必行，教育部高等教育司于2004年1月颁发了《大学英语课程教学要求（试行）》，指出高校应“充分利用多媒体和网络技术，采用新的教学模式改进原来的以教师讲授为主的单一课堂教学模式。
建立以“90后”大学生心理及学习特点为依托的全新网络课堂，不仅基于课本知识的延伸，更注重满足学生
求新的心理；辅助和鼓励学生成为学习的主体，使用多媒体信息及手段向多角度、多元化转换，激发他们的兴趣，从而积极主动地进行英语学习。
3 完善与建设网络课堂的实施内容
（1）对现有的高校网络课堂的内容及形式进行调研及浅析。
（2）将网络课堂与本校大学英语传统课堂相紧密结合，帮助学生制定学习目标及计划。
（3）激发学生主动学习的动机，构建乐学机制，鼓励学生对成为网络课堂的主导者进行大胆尝试与学习。
（4）通过网络的大量阅读和视听说资料，探索促进学生的英语学习与实践水平。
4 完善网络课堂建设的过程及对90后大学生英语学习的影响
4.1 具体实施过程
在现行的大学英语分级教学的基础上，采用“课堂与网络相结合”的教学模式，针对不同英语水平的学生，教师对其进行学习任务分配和网上操作程序指导，并阶段性地对学生学习进度和成果进行监督、检测以及完善。
（1）通过新生英语分级测试，把学生按成绩分为三个等级：A级、B 级、C级；教师根据等级进行任务的分配，满足不同水平学生对英语学习的需求。
（2）教师对学生进行系统操作通识的辅导后，学生能够进行如下学习活动：在网上完成及上传作业，还可以实现作业互评；自由选取资料进行自学，比如经典英文电影点播，文摘阅读，音频点播等等。

4.3 网络课程对大学生英语学习的影响
在传统的课堂教学当中，一直以来都保持“教师主讲、学生主听”的模式，这种单向式的课堂教学，学生的学习效果得不到及时反馈，应用能力较低；英语教学区别于其他科目的教学不同之处在于语言的反复实践过程：听、说、读、写、译五方面应全面贯穿于整个英语课堂教学中，传统的教学模式和大班型难以实现此目标，听、读占据了几乎全部课堂，因此，大学生普遍状态还是应试型的学习英语，缺乏英语的应用能力。
90后大学生较之前的大学生有着显著的不同，他们更喜欢自己成为课堂的主宰；对于网络丰富的材料，他们能够随机选择自己感兴趣的并且学习，比起教师布置的硬性学习指标更能给他们带来益处。
通过网络与课堂相结合，课下学习、课上展示的教学模式，学生成为真正的学习主体，课堂提供了足够的机会让他们展示交流，在增强自信心、培养兴趣的基础上，锻炼了学生的应用能力。

学生单方面进行阅读和收听固有的网络资源，很少有机会进行口语练习。
网络课程的不足应进行后续研究：一方面继续提高教师的网络课程开发意识，适应新课程改革和学生学习的需求；另一方面继续建设能够全面提高学生英语学习各方面能力的大学英语网络课程。
