《空中英语教室》杂志社一生的选择——A Friend For Life 《空中英语教室》目前是国内唯一一家集广播、电视、音像制品、网络视听与阅读为一体的综合性多媒体英语学习杂志：亮丽的图文版面，实用的内容话题，轻松、自然的交流场景，纯正、地道的美式发音，打破了传统的学习习惯，培养英语思维能力，营造高品位的英语学习氛围，让您的英语真正走上国际交流与交际层面。
杂志历史1962年，《空中英语教室》在中国台湾开始发展。
该杂志的创始人彭蒙惠博士（Doris Brougham）专门在当地广播电台中开办了一个英语教学节目：空中英语教室，并亲自播音，为配合听众学习，还发行了印有教学内容的单页讲义。
1974年，《空中英语教室》杂志正式发行。
1977年，空中英语教室电视传播部门成立，相关教学节目开始出现在电视屏幕上。
1981年，《空中英语教室》杂志分离出一本《大家说英语》，成为空中英语教室杂志系列的“初级版”，并相应推出广播节目。
1997年，《空中英语教室》电视教学节目正式开播。
2001年，《空中英语教室》杂志再次分离出一本以专业、高级英语为主要内容的《彭蒙惠英语》杂志，成为空中英语教室杂志系列的“高级版”。
至此，以初、中、高三级杂志组成的空中英语教室杂志系列形成。
2003年起，应北京奥组委之邀，《空中英语教室》为其工作人员提供三个级别的英语面授课程（Let’s Talk in English, Studio Classroom and Studio Classroom Advan ced）, 2005年，该杂志获“亚洲最佳英语教学奖”，并在中国外语教学期刊质量监测中心的“全国外语类期刊业务与编辑质量监测评估”中获第一名。
2006年，北京奥组委人事部和空中英语教室合作，开辟以项目管理和奥运为主题的系列英语讲座。

警务实战技能在公安机关是一个含义比较广泛的概念。
它应该包括警察从事警务工作的所有技术、能力和技巧。
我们这里所指的警务实战技能是一个狭义的概念，指的是警察在执法执勤的警务工作中，依法采取的控制、盘查、搜查、缉捕现行犯和违法犯罪嫌疑人的技术、能力和技巧，它综合了武术、散打、拳击及摔跤等搏击技术，按其技术内容可分为踢、打、摔、拿四类。
1 警务实战技能战术意识的概念及其形成1.1 警务实战技能战术意识的概念：从哲学的角度，可以将战术意识定义为“客观实在的主观反映”从生理学的角度，可以将战术意识定义为“人脑神经活动的产物”；从心理学的角度，可以将战术意识定义为“自觉的心理活动”……如此等等，可谓不无正确。
战术意识和人类意识一样，在实战中产生和发展，同时又反作用于实战。
那么根据警察职业的特点，警务实战技能战术意识是指在法律允许的范围内，警察能够在与犯罪嫌疑人实战对抗中合理运用各种技术动作，正确、有效地组织进攻，发挥技术、战术、身体素质，以达到保护自己的同时又能制服或擒获犯罪嫌疑人为目的的战术实施过程。
这其中包括对对手的特点及对实战环境各种情况的分析，如对方的身体条件情况、技术特点、实战场景环境的分析推理等。
1.2 警务实战技能战术意识的形成：警务实战技能战术意识是警察在平时重复的技战术训练实践中发展起来的，它表现在具体动作转向思维，并由思维再转向具体动作的过程。
