10.1、Equipment Installation Plan设备安装方案一、General概况:There are 248 sets of process equipment for this Project. Installation of equipment consists of screw air compressor units, vessels, mixers, pumps, fans, plate heat exchanger unit, storage tank, etc. They are mainly distributed within the area of Production Buildings A/B, Tank Farm, Utility Station and WWT Station, etc. For all the geometrical dimensions such as centerline position, coordinate position, levelness, plumbness, elevation and relative distance, strict requirements of construction and acceptance codes shall be applied. Necessary protective measures shall be taken for equipment unloading, storage, handling, lifting and finished product protecton, etc. in process of construction. Temporary transportation road, water source, power supply, lighting, firefighting facilities, major materials and construction equipment, and manpower shall be sufficiently prepared and arranged before equipment installation.本工程共有工艺设备248台套,设备安装包括喷油螺杆式空压机组、容器、搅拌器、泵、风机、板式换热机组、储罐等,要紧散布在生产车间A/B、储罐区、公用站房及污水处置站等区域。

在将旋转接头安装固定支撑前,先应该了解旋转接头的内部结构,以做为采取何种方式的依据。

Before the rotary joint is installed on the equipment, the inner structure hereof must be learned for installation basis.S系列旋转接头是球面密封结构,自支撑、外部补偿设计。

依靠弹簧推动壳体沿轴向向后移动起补偿密封磨损的作用,完成内部介质与外界空气的密封隔离。

因此需要合理的安装方式及定期的维护保养确保产品在设备中的使用.S series rotary joint uses the spherical sealing structure. It is a self-supporting type with sealing compensation design. The sealing function is realized by the spring force on the body to move reversely, wherein the working media is sealed and isolated from the atmosphere effectively. Therefore, reasonable installation and periodical maintenance are necessary for the successful performance of the rotary joint.如图所示使用无油石墨轴承结构的旋转接头,使能在中心点上运转。

As shown in the sectional drawing, the rotary joint uses two carbon guides for self supporting and axial concentricity, with maximal guide separation.当石墨密封环磨损时,由于弹簧力及介质压力的作用下,旋转接头的壳体会往后面移动,使密封面得到有效的补偿。

Connect main bearing bottom with turbine bearing by flange, runner plate with main bearing by hot shrinkage, pole lead with collecting ring.2.轮毂包括转子支架、风扇等,通过热套方式与大轴固定。

Wheel hub consists of rotor support and fan. The wheel hub is fixed with main bearing by hot shrinkage.3.磁轭由磁轭冲片,上压板、下压板、磁轭键、制动环等组成现场叠片Magnet yoke consists of magnet yoke stamping, upper press board, lower press board, magnet yoke key and stop ring.4.磁极由线圈、磁极铁芯、阻尼环、阻尼条、磁极引线、磁极连线等组成,24个磁极在现场挂装。

Erection tools must be meet the request and special tools form supplier have arrived site.3.2 施工设备工器具准备 Preparation of Erection Tools1.备齐常用的起重吊具、绳索和安装工器具。

Preparation of lifting, wire-rope, erection tools.2.对所有的工具器具进行彻底检查和维护、保养,确保其工况良好,使用安全。

起重设备的选择能满足设备最大起重量,达到吊装的安全要求。

Check and maintenance carefully all the tools to ensure them in good behavior and safety for use, the lifting equipment capacity should cover the maximum weight of part of the equipment which to be erected.3.指定有关安全负责人,检查安装用防护用品的配备是否齐全、到位。
