储层数据主要是指没有明显关联的两个变量，渗流速率和井筒压力。通过改变其中一个变量（通常是渗流速率），检测其对另一个变量的影响。而压力变化特征和时间的关系通常是渗流速率改变所引起，反映出储层特征。在储层中创造一个上述条件，检测其他变量的变化。并分析在瞬时压力状态下，各种数据的构成及联系。
单井试验是指，改变一口井的渗流速率，监测井中压力变化。典型单井试验方法是排水、压实、注测试液并监测液面下降速率。多井试验指，改变一口井的渗流速率，在另一口井中监测到压力变化。其典型方法就是干扰试井和脉冲试井。不同地层之间的试井或者同一口井内垂向上的数据采集试井也是参考多井试井而进行的。垂向渗透率测试即是多井试井的一个实例。
除动态曲线拟合法之外，也有其他方法分析均质各向同性储层参数。例如，如果压力和时间曲线描绘于Cartesian图上，那么压力时间曲线最大斜率 和该切线时间轴截距 也可用下述公式近似描述流动函数和孔隙度、压缩率、浓度函数：

Tiab和Kumar建议运用压力时间的改变率来解释干扰试井数据。 函数曲线在图5中已经展示。该图表明，斜率值最大是0.73756，并出现在 值为0.25时。因此，kh/μ和 h可以用下述公式计算：
干扰试井作为多井试验最早的方法，其数据分析方法早在1935年就被多篇文献介绍。本文概要介绍相应分析方法。
脉冲试井技术在1966年被提出，其数据分析方法在均质储层方面与干扰试井大同小异。但脉冲试井有一个显著优点：所获数据对储层未知压降趋势反应不明显。
多经试验理论不仅可以运用在补偿井间水平储层分析方面，也适用于同一口井所贯穿的垂向地层间数据分析。补偿井井间多重试井技术可以获得区域储层数据，有时也被称为“水平试井”或“区域试井”。在同一口井所控制的区域垂向地层数据分析常用于获取垂向渗透率，因此也被称为“竖直试井”。
为表征特征曲线，测试井生产和注液体导致的井底压力变化和时间的变化，用双对数理论曲线展示于同一幅图幅中。这个理论曲线是包含了所有储层测试过程的指数模型。无因次变量常被应用，所以这一幅图就可以涵盖一系列的测试曲线特征。图1展示了这一曲线在双对数坐标图中的形态。实测数据描绘在与标准曲线相同大小的透明绘图纸上，然后保持两张图纸坐标轴平行，将这个曲线图纸放于标准曲线上移动，与标准曲线进行移动和匹配直到两者曲线重合。那么储层特征就可以通过标准曲线段得到计算和表征。图2即是动态曲线拟合法的一个实例。该指数积分模型曲线上的压力P，在任意距离r和时间t的关系，可以表示为 …(1)
Jacob、Guyton和King Hubbert所做工作主要为水文地质学方面。在石油工业方面文献，Elkins展示两口井间干扰的测试数据。其中一口井，他展示了在同一个指数积分曲线中，测试井和生产井的储层数据，表明了同步储层数据（图3）。另一个实例，二者数据并不是同时下降，表明孔隙的流体相互连通模型较之普通岩石和孔隙流体数据，在储层参数计算中更加直接和准确（图4）。Muskat在斯里兰卡Arbuckle井所得到的储层数据，表明渗透率的高低是影响井间参数的主要因素。Muskat提出的结论几乎被所有文献报道，并应用于多井试验和特殊井试验数据的解释。
图13和图14展示了不同边界对干扰试井的数据影响。图13展示了边
界为无穷大和有限边界时的不同反应特征（运用无因次距离表示）。边界的改变引起的一系列变化均反映在图表中。图14反映出压力时间曲线的切线斜率变化特征。这两幅图选自Vela的文章，他也展示了不同边界范围所引起的不同方向的不同影响。这可以近似用一个椭圆方程来描述。
相关联的时间波长和反应振幅既可以解释相应的储层参数kh/μ和 h。Kamal等人展示了试井曲线特征，并解释了他们数据分析的用途。他们定义了下列无因次量：

图9和图10展示了相关连曲线。位获取脉冲试井数据，时间波长和压力振幅被计算并勾绘出来。无因次时间波长用公式（14）计算， 从图9和图10获取。公式15和16获得kh/μ和 h。
较之于单井试验，多井试验对非均质储层数据变化更敏感。因此，人们通过同时运用干扰试井和脉冲试井来获取储层数据。这个方法证明了在获得最终储层详细数据之前，不同数据分析方法多同一地层数据分析的必要性。
近五年来，也有一些关于多井试验过程中，井间干扰对采收数据的影响的研究。
本文总结了在水平试井和竖直试井的不同数据分析方法，并陈述各种方法的优点和局限性，并指出需要做更深入研究之处。

Morris和Tracy展示了一个未知kh/μ时的分析方法，他们的方法包含相应的指数和其它函数综合利用来计算其他的数据（但要保证数据是随时间连续变化的）。这种方法给了最低的偏差。
在先前的干扰试井讨论中，压力改变收单井数据影响。在实际情况下，单井流体可能会进入相邻井，这个情况也必须要考虑。这可以用理论综合解释。当几口井同时测试时，公式（1）可被写作
干扰试井
Theis最先发现了单口井底不稳定流压变化速率对其他井煤层气井压降变化的动态变化的影响的方法。Jacob将其命名为“干扰测试”，并谨慎的使用了“干扰”一词来描述关井后井底流压被其他井的压降速率所影响的现象。他认为在相关联煤层气井中，一口测试井的流压的自然变化，在其他井关井状态下的变化，主要取决于储层的相关参数。Jacob也提到了压缩系数和孔隙度可以通过图表法获得，其方法是将实测井田数据曲线和标准理论曲线任意移动比对，找出符合区段。Jacob描述了现在最常用的储层参数分析方法：动态曲线拟合法。
本文介绍了多井试验中运用图片法的步骤。储层根据其不同特征可以划分为多种类型，每一种类型都对干扰试井和脉冲试井的图表操作步骤有所介绍。试井技术的发展和可以通过这两类试井获得的储层参数也将展示出来。参考文献介绍了各种试井解释的详细步骤，工程设计者可以根据参考文献设计出相应的试井方案。需要更深入的研究方面，本文只做略述。
切线法用线性滤波的方式预测出了储层参数，然后相应其他参数均可计算。但正如Kamal等人所说，如果正确的趋势线没有画出来，那么其他的所有数据都将会出现错误的偏差。
Prats和Scott研究了脉冲试井中的井筒储集效应，认为这将导致时间
波长的获得的延迟。时间延迟将随井间距离和井筒储集系数减小而减少。井筒储集效应还会影响压力反应量级，图11和图12展示了其对时间和压力振幅的影响。图11展示了时间变化率在井筒储集效应变化的影响， 的比值用一个无因因次井筒储集系数 和无因次距离 表示。图12展示了反应振幅的变化，这个变化量用图11的相关数据即可解释。
脉冲试井
Johnson等人进行了一个干扰测试，发现关井之后，单井中交替流体的出现会引起测试井储层数据的几次跳跃性变化，而不是单一的连续变化。他们将其命名为脉冲试井。当这种试井方式被提出，就有许多敏感性的测量仪器被用于测试井，来观测第一次井底流压变化附近的详细数据。这些敏感测量仪器应用之后，就会发现在刚开井测量时，不多久就会有很小的压力变化。于是大家相信，脉冲试井可以在相对很短时间内获取数据。随即发现，这些精密测量仪器用于干扰试井时，所获数据也较平常时间缩短很多。Johnon等人展示了标准的脉冲试井曲线图（图8），并提出一个试井解释方法“切线法”， 被证实是比干扰试井明显优势的试井方法。切线法是指绘制时间压力曲线，并在两个连续的峰之间做一条切线，并在相应的波谷之间做平行的切线。然后两组数据就来自于其二者同一类型数据交点之间的波长 和振幅 （见图8）。
原生裂隙储层。本节讨论多井试验在一个或多个裂隙系统储层的应用。原生裂隙储层也称“双孔隙系统”。
非均质储层。本节介绍多井试验在空隙度和厚度在各方向均不同储层、渗透率各向异性的储层中的应用。
均质各向同性储层
当储层特征各处、各方向均相同时，被称为均质储层。根据这个定义，所有的储层都是非均质的。但是从实践观点来看，如果储层特征从一点到另一点没有明显差别，储层也可以被视为均质储层。在这类储层中，压降曲线反映出的储层特征主要是储层流体参数（kh/μ）和孔隙度参数（ h）。五个参数中，有四个在这类储层中是常数，只有储层压缩参数中渗透率k可能会在不同方向有变化。在均质储层，如果渗透率各向均相同，即是“均质的”。均质各向同性储层是研究的主要储层类型。

Sternberg和Scott运用这种方法来计算相似水井干扰。当多井干扰书距获取较完整时，可以用计算机软件来处理。相应文献也展示了计算储层数据的算法。储层边界效应被其他作者解决，并发表于相应文献。他们利用矩形排水模型获得了边界数据，并给出用特征曲线确定储层泄露参数。
目前为止，尚无人解释井眼效应影响干扰测试数据。Jargon用数字模拟法解释了井筒储集效应和表皮效应的影响，并表明，井壁有过低估算kh/u数据和过高估计 h数据。他指出井壁污染会延长井筒储集效应时间。并提出持续表皮效应的影响理论。运用拉普拉斯反算法，成功解决了实际生产过程中的试井曲线特征（见参考文献16）。但也表明，需要大量其他工作来确定影响范围。图7展示了参考文献16和17的相应的特征曲线。
多井试验主要目的在于确定储层间两个缺少联系的参数之间的影响变化规律。在均质各项同性储层，多井试验主要用于确定流动储层产量参数kh/μ，和多孔可压缩储层产量参数 h。试验中，如果某一口井穿过断裂带，这个断裂带走向就可以确定。但是至少需要三口井数据才能完全确定。在均质各向异性储层，较好的试验设计可以显示出渗透率在不同轴向的量级，轴的走向，和参数 h。多层的储层也会在多井试验中显示出相应数据。但经试验和多井试验的数据共同分析可以确定出单层地层的储集参数。在原生裂隙层，多井试验可以确定裂隙走向，并获得地层中的基质和裂隙分别的孔隙度和空隙压缩系数。多井试验对储层均质性的反应较但经试验敏感，因此就有人尝试利用多井试验获取非均质储层相应参数。研究发现，参数估计法具有最大潜力来运用多井试验数据获取储层参数。

6. Well Monitoring system
