一、教材分析本节课《In the park》选自上海版牛津小学英语二年级下册2B的第四单元，属于本册书的第二个大主题：“My living place and area”中的第二个小课题。
本节课主要将“Let’s learn”部分中的六个能力类动词和let’s talk中的句型What can you/Spotty do?I/Spotty can..相结合,利用图片、动画和课件,帮助学生达到听得懂、会说的要求。
本设计为第二课时，第一课时已经学完，学生已经学习了walk,ride,climb三个单词，所以重点学习skip,fly和swing,这些单词对我班学生来说，在学会正确的朗读后的关键是能运用学过的句型提问或描述自己或他人会做的事情。
二、学生情况分析：本课时执教的对象是二年级的学生，他们是我们课题的实验班，从一年级开始学习上海牛津版英语。
学生基本能阅读简单的英语小故事，喜欢运用学过的单词造句、说话，对英语学习有较浓厚的兴趣，乐于表现自我，乐于参与英语学习活动。
在一年级牛津英语1A教材中，学生已经掌握了句型I can--____.并且已经掌握了一些动词，如：sing, dance, read, write,等，所以学生对于自己能力的表达已经非常熟悉了。
在牛津英语教材2A中句型I like to_____的出现又为学生在动词的运用上提供了更多的词汇量，例如：swim,play，eat,sleep等。
