④用水枪冲洗：冲洗程序:车顶――前挡玻璃――引擎盖――左侧门玻璃――左轮胎及底部边沿――后挡玻璃――后尾箱盖――尾灯――右侧方玻璃――右侧轮胎及底部边沿――前保险杠；冲洗时施工人员右手拿着水枪、左手拿着水管,与车辆保持1米左右距离以免溅湿，喷枪对准漆面角度约45度，手势左右90~120度摆动喷枪冲洗为标准；冲洗时注意冲洗以下部位：门把手、引擎盖及尾箱的缝隙、车轮眉、后视镜、玻璃边隙、雨刮、保险杠、挡泥板、轮胎、其他缝隙等位置。
⑤上洗车液：用渗有中性洗车液的洗车合成液按从前到后,由上至下标准均匀的喷洒在车上。
⑥涂抹：擦拭顺序：引擎盖――前挡玻璃――车顶――后挡――后备箱――尾灯――右侧后轮上侧――车门――后轮上侧――装饰条以下部位（包括前保险杠、大灯下侧、门、后保险杠、车身的最下角）――轮胎轮毂,涂抹时上下分两块专用海绵和水桶，注意后视镜、玻璃边隙、雨刮、保险杠、门把手涂抹干净;用长毛刷洗轮圈,海绵洗轮胎；⑦冲洗：冲除顺序：车顶――后挡玻璃――后备箱盖――尾灯――右门玻璃――右轮胎及底部边沿――前挡玻璃――引擎盖――大灯――左门玻璃――左轮胎及底部边沿；注意缝隙，不能残留有泡沫.⑧擦拭干净并吸尘:用擦拭专用毛巾按从前到后,由上至下标准均匀的擦拭汽车(擦拭时上下分两块专用毛巾、顶部专用大毛巾,和两水桶），注意后视镜、玻璃边隙、雨刮、保险杠、门把手涂抹干净;给轮胎涂抹轮胎上光剂；吸尘时注意座椅下隐蔽的缝隙、烟灰岗等位置要吸干净.⑨检查顽垢并风干：擦拭干净后,检查漆面、玻璃是否有未清理掉的顽固污垢、虫渍、油渍，可用柏油清洁剂、万能水去除，严重的可以用少许研磨剂抛光去除；处理完顽固污垢后，用风干机按从前到后，由上至下的标准对引擎盖、后尾箱、后视镜、玻璃边隙、雨刮、保险杠、门把手等缝隙进行吹干处理；⑩上脚垫交车:将甩干的脚垫整齐的装上汽车，上方放上店面专用洗车纸垫;准驾员开车停放到交车区。

㈠、被洗车的安全
⒈在汽车外部清洗时，如被清洗的车是被
动移动的，应注意牵引的可靠性和被洗车的稳
定定位。
如被清洗车是主动移动的，应注意行
驶的车速和方向。
⒉无论何种清洗方式在清洗时，车门、车
窗，包括行李箱、发动机盖应关闭并锁止牢
靠。
㈡、环保安全
⒈无论是清水清洗还是采用化学溶剂清
洗，都存在清洗后的废水处理问题。
通过清洗必然从车上洗下油泥和污物，因此应严格防止废水不经处理直接排人地面、车间、下水道。
应设置废水处理设施，让污泥沉淀、油水分离、水质中性。
让经过处理的水尽可能循环利用。
⒉若清洗后还要用软布等擦干车身或打蜡处理的，应注意这类材料的存放处理。
