We have come a long way since our founding, overcoming poverty, hunger, and foreign aggression to emerge as a powerful, prosperous, and respected nation on the global stage.But the journey is far from over. We stand at a crucial juncture in our country's history, one that will determine not just our future, but that of the world. As we look forward to the next 10, 20, or 50 years, it is important that we ask ourselves, what kind of a country do we want to be? What kind of a world do we want to live in? And how can we make that vision a reality?First and foremost, let us never forget the values that have brought us this far: the unshakable belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics, the determination to build a community of shared future for mankind, and the commitment touphold peace, development, and cooperation. These are not mere slogans or empty words, but principles that guide our policies, actions, and aspirations.Secondly, we must recognize that the road ahead will not be easy. We face challenges both at home and abroad, from an aging population and income inequality to climate change and geopolitical tensions. But we must also see these challenges as opportunities, opportunities to innovate, to collaborate, and to lead. China has always been a civilization of creativity, resilience, and diversity, and we must harness those qualities to tackle the challenges of the future head-on.We must have the courage to explore new frontiers, from space exploration and quantum computing to genetic engineering and green energy. We must have the wisdom to balance economic growth with social equity and environmental sustainability. We must have the vision to foster an open, inclusive, and multilateral international system thatbenefits all countries and peoples, not just a few.Most importantly, we must have the confidence to be ourselves. China is not a copy of the West, nor should it be.We have our own unique history, culture, and values, and we should be proud of them. We should not shy away fromdefending our sovereignty, security, and dignity, nor should we seek confrontation or hegemony. We should be a responsible and constructive member of the international community, contributing to global peace, prosperity, and progress.Dear friends, the future belongs to us, to the youth of China, who will inherit the legacy of our forefathers and shape the destiny of our nation. It is our responsibility,our duty, and our privilege to make a difference, to build a better and brighter future for ourselves and for generationsto come. Let us seize the opportunity of the 71st anniversary of our motherland, renew our commitment to China's development, and work together for a China that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally rich, harmonious, andbeautiful.Thank you.。

hello everybody，
facing all of you on the stage， i have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history.
about 170 years ago， china was forced to open up its door by western canons and gunboats. it has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. the policy of reform and open is the choice that has made all the difference.
who can ignore the fact that we have established ourselves as a great state in the world; the fact that we have devised our own nuclear weapons;the fact that we have successfully sent our
satellites into space，no.7 shenzhou manned space flight， which proves the successful development of space technology across the major milestone， and the fact that our gnp ranks to no.3 in the world.
when it comes to celebrating the 60th birthday of our great motherland， i would contribute my individual and unique colors to creating a more diverse motherland.
the tranditional chinese culture teaches us to study hard and work hard so as to honor our country.we won't let people down.
we will devote our wisdom and passion to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier land for everyone of us.
finally， i do hope everybody can try their best to become a worthy citizen of the country; i do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to our society!
