概述本册教材是在原有的Join in教材的基础上进行大容量的改变，由一个预备单元、六个主题单元以及两个复习单元，及活动练习组成，内容之多，课时较少确实成为本学期的一个教学难点。
我们将本学期的教学周定为17周，预计课时34节，其中预备单元3课时，另外六个单元，除开始单元3课时，第二单元6课时，其他单元平均5课时，两个复习单元中的每一部分穿插在各个单元里解决，书后的活动练习可以结合各校学情选做。
有些题目和书本上的题目雷同，可以不做。
在这里我们仅提供给老师们这个基标，老师们可以根据各自学校学生的学情以及一些机动课时来酌情安排教学内容。
