（1）面板指示灯的状态（闪，亮，灭）及变化过程；
（2）打印机的动作（走纸，切纸，打印等）；
（3）采取的处理措施；
（4）打印机的反应，坏件的标签和色带；
（5）打印机后面的拨动开关的位置等第。

检查供电电源是否正常，或者联结电缆是否接好。
2. 色带起皱，调色带控制挡板。

我使用的Zebra 105SL条码打印机，打印流水码条码中途换纸或碳带后会打印出换之前打印过的两张标签，造成流水码重复，通过什么方法可以不让它打印出来重复的流水码呢？
答案是可以的，你只需发送以下代码到打印机就可以去掉。

但是：但这个有效期只在一个上电周期内有效，如果打印机关机后，这个设置就会失效。
因为：Zebra设计的这个重复打印的功能应该是一个很好用的功能，当打印机出现Ribbon Out，Media Out，或Head Open报警时，打印机会重复打印出最后打印的部分标签内容。
