那移民美国后如何成为美国公民呢?一般情况下,若移民美国后,您符合以下要求,便可以申请入籍美国:一、连续居住(Continuous residence)连续居住指的是您必须以美国永久居民身份在美国居住一定时间。

大多数人必须以永久居民身份在美国连续居住五年(或者,如果与美国公民结婚,则为三年),才可申请入籍。

您的五年连续居住时间从您成为永久居民的那天(通常为您永久居民卡上的日期)算起。

如果您离开美国很长时间(通常是六个月以上),您便可能中断了您的连续居住时间。

如果您离开美国一年或以上时间,您可能可以通过申请再入境许可返回美国。

Civics (History and Government) Questions for the Naturalization Test
The 100 civics (history and government) questions and answers for the naturalization test are listed below. The civics test is an oral test and the USCIS Officer will ask the applicant up to 10 of the 100 civics questions. An applicant must answer 6 out of 10 questions correctly to pass the civics portion of the naturalization test. On the naturalization test, some answers may change because of elections or appointments. As you study for the test, make sure that you know the most current answers to these questions. Answer these questions with the name of the official who is serving at the time of your eligibility interview with USCIS. The USCIS Officer will not accept an incorrect answer. Although USCIS is aware that there may be additional correct answers to the 100 civics questions, applicants are encouraged to respond to the civics questions using the answers provided below.
