摘抄的卡片,先可分大类,然后分中类,最后分小类,并装订成册,前置目录,以利查阅。

二是提要卡:读完一本书或一篇文章后用自己的话把主要内容概括地写在卡片上,这有利于及时查阅。

写提要卡时,要参看前言和后记,使你对本书的来龙去脉、前因后果有个大略了解,这样写出的提要更准确、更精炼。

三是索引卡:有些专著或论文十分重要,所以材料处处皆是,真是记不胜记,摘不胜摘。

这就需要把专著或报刊的文章题目、期号、章节、页码及内容记下,分类置放,以备查考。

四是回记卡:把平时听到的有用材料记在小本上,然后再过渡到卡片上,随时整理,分类保存。

五是心得卡:记录平时思考的心得、体会或感受。

随身装几张卡片,偶有闪现的思想火花或思想心得马上就记录下来。
